I'm 58 and just got laid off from a 100k a year I T role. I am So sick of corporate America and feel like I have wasted my entire life. I have to find something soon. Bills cause that to be a reality. I have a lot of anger and resentment at the moment. I Despise the gov. Credit and banking systems. I need a life reset. I've been doing this completely wrong.

Sometimes I think back 7-8 yrs ago just starting out at 21 and remember how life felt easier. I was cool with the company I worked for and was looking forward to the future. Now I just feel like I want to blame the economy and feeling like I'm gonna get forced into buy an electric car sooner or later that I don't even have money for. It's like they want to change the world overnight. I think things have gradually gotten tougher and people are going to hit a limit

My wife and I realized this a few years ago. We had to sell a woman’s possessions to pay for her funeral after she died. She had no remaining relatives. All her possessions were merely yard sale fodder going for pennies on the dollar. All the accumulation was, in the end, meaningless.

I used to live a normal life. I realized that I was dying inside. There is always a way out. Wven though, I was a single mom, I rented out a room in my house, and started to do the things that made me happy. The house was a fixer upper, but I was able to live within my means. Once my student loans were paid off, I quit teaching, cashed out my retirement and bought off grid property. I stayed in town until my daughter went off to college. Sometimes, I still need a reminder not to get sucked into normal life, so thanks for the videos!

I want a place to stay with access to healthy food and water. Electricity, probably some internet. These simple expectations requires me to work 40hrs a week in a job I hate. I can have the place to stay, at the cost of the time to enjoy it. I can have the food and water in exchange for freedom. I don't have time or funds for any dreams beyond the necessities and the freedom to enjoy them. Maybe after a month of not working and having all of my needs met, I might dream of something new to do.

I think the problem with most people, especially those who get stuck, is they don't know what they want. Few people have a vision or a dream. Those that hold on to that dream will tend to find a way to make it work. Most people need to start by seeing what's out there. And what IS out there? Is it all about travel? Or is there something else? For me, I love to travel but I also like to stay in my studio to create, write and make art. That's living the dream.

I agree to a point, i dont blame anyone for my money issues. i try not to think of the past as it does not matter now, yet i have not saved enough and have worked my whole life. so at age 56 i am working 2 jobs, my full time job pays 24 a hour my pt job pays 17 a hour. i work seven days a week, between them both. i am ok with this as my goals are to save money, and have a set time frame, a year from now.
yes it sucks yet takes money to live these days its just how it is.

The attitude of limitations comes from a restrictive environment. People refuse to believe that they have fundamental rights and instead want to get permits, permissions, official regulations and so forth. Just be free and don't harm others. That's all that is truly required. It is always easier to get forgiveness than permission.

You know what? You're right about things just happening. I really should be focused more on letting things happen.
I'm a person who's a planner, and who feels they need to go by the book/things need to go exactly to plan.
But so many times in my life, things haven't gone to plan at all. Sometimes, things just happened. And I was okay - it worked out, and it worked out better than I thought it could.
5 years ago, I would've never even dreamed that I would have the life I have now.
So, I really appreciate you sharing this message! 🫶🏿

Those in charge through the centuries designed perfect systems to keep people's physical body's and their minds entrapped. 40+ work weeks, weekends where you get a few hours to enjoy after running errands. Debt, and more debt, credit cards and more. Imagine if we all had more time, the one true currency. Time to explore, time to think, time to be with family, etc.... we'd truly have an advanced society. Time is the true currency and being out of debt and living below your means, will lead you to more time.

After watching one of your videos late last year it encouraged me to quit my job to take time off to reflect and work on my mental health. I should say that I knew I had enough money saved to get by without a job for a year. In the past 6 months of not working (I had a bad boss) I read 18 books, went on several trips, and I have a job lined up starting July 1 with Boeing as a senior procurement agent. As you say, everything will work out! A key obviously is to only make a move like this if you have the funds, but I am glad I took time off to just relax and "be" instead of acting like a worker bee. Hello !
We have beliefs, many of us very strong beliefs, but some of us are very neutral and that gives some of us some freedom, - and those/we can choose beliefs or freedom to do something else.😅

Thank u for this video Tim! We are born in fear, we're humans, its what u do WITH that fear, that separates u from the strong and the weak.I'm 33 and the most fear i haveis doing zoom meetings with the owners and Managers at my job because of my childhood fear of talking innfront of groups of people, but,in the meetings its a fear, but i do my best to not think abouy it n JUST DO IT! N i always feel so amazing after i do it.If something is bothering u or u fear JUST DO IT! U will thank yourself later..And yes, every and once a week we have those zoom meetings and I'm fearful, anxious, and full of anxiety every time i have to donthe meetings lol.But life is about getting thru adversity.Bless up! Happy Sunday! Salute to u Tim for the amazing video again! Stay Blessed! 💪🏿💪🏿

Hi Tim, referred from Retire & Go You Tube channel. We are streaming Conciousness from a unlimited source, our selections and choices our decisions will create our life , afterall life is a file. There are gates in a persons mind, those gates are either open or closed. For people like myself the gates are ground obstacles, my mindset is ascended it is existing above the gates . 💯
