'A Big Catch' Lynian Research Photo (Monster Hunter Iceborne)

- This is the photo that must be taken to complete the 14th Lynian Research Request. This can be the most difficult photo to get. The Ivy Trap guys can spawn at a variety of locations at the Rotten Vale, but here I got them at Area 9 and there happened to be an Odogaron nearby. Radobaan can also be easily used in the upper portion of the map. I highly recommend bringing an Insect Glaive and filling up its vials so that you can easily mount the monster near the Ivy Trap cats as seen in the video. To meet all 3 conditions of the photo, back up so that the monster and all of the cats are visible in the shot.

nice i have try in another area where the trap is on the map and usually they help us , but apprently to have this sequence it's a requirement to mount the monster. it happened in various locations but each time i cannot get 3 stars... only 2.. hope this will help ^^ thx
i dont get it iv done everything to the exact detail for 3 videos now and it wont work
has the monster to be a master rank mon?

This whole fucking time, I was waiting for the camera to give me the indicator, The 'ok' on taking the picture in that specific moment while I find a decent spot for the picture... -_-

Needed to go crazy far back. Get the whole cat crew and monster in the picture. Snap the entire Tug-of-War.

Ummm I've gotten like 4 of these pictures trying to get the last couple requests and he always says it doesn't fit any of the requirements... ??? exact same pictures ??? does it have to be certain time of day or something???
Make sure you are far away enough
@@Doctorzzim I keep getting no points, I don't know how much farther I can get, the whole scene is in picture.
@@TheWideMurloc Don't know what else to say, every guide emphasizes being far away enough and I made sure all cats were visible. I recommend flashing a ton of photos as quick as possible to increase chance that one of them is perfect. Remember you can move while using the camera. I just kind of went for it and got it my first try so maybe there's some weird unknown things that throw off the photo? No idea. All I can say is keep trying over and over.
@@Doctorzzim just looked up more info, and apparently, it only counts if the trap is thrown by plunderers, but mine are bugtrappers every time, I don't know what I can do to make it so they are plunderers
@@TheWideMurloc It's random but i think more likely at rotten vale, just keep reloading
