As always: Appreciate the continued support for this platform. I think I've found my pick for my build. Now I've got to go back and re-watch #1, #2 of the project FC3 exhaust series! 😂. I've been ordering parts from you guys for a minute now and these videos have been extremely useful so far. I'm looking forward to the next installment. Keep up the great work, fellas. ✌️
The awe touring plus PRL high flow downpipe combination is what I’m running with! For both track and street use, I’m very happy. The pops and crackles are amazing
How's the drone while driving through town? My ark DT-S has a bit of drone when cruising around 3k rpm and trying to find a solution that gets rid of that while at the same time going with an aftermarket dp
my best advice is stay away from the skunk2 exhaust. Ive always thought it would look cool and sound great however there arent too many reviews at the time. It sounded great in the beginning but it gets super droney during casual driving. But I do like the low base tone just not all the time. Also worse customer service from skunk2 so that's my take
Thanks for the awesome video. I have a 2019 honda civic sedan sport 2.0 but it's not an SI. Will the remark muffler or skunk 2 fit on this type. If not do you have any suggestions for my vehicle type? Thanks
I can't believe anyone could listen to the track exhaust on a daily basis lol. I have the Touring on my FK8 and had to buy their $500 Duel phase midpipe because the everyday drone was horrendous with the PRL Downpipe
not feeling the vent-to-atmosphere valve.... if this is the same 180* technology in the touring muffler that AWE uses, there is no packing material inside the muffler. it is an open cavity w/1-2 holes in the center pipe to create the cancelation (out of phase) wave. do the other mufflers tested have packing material in them? still not sure why AWE chose to use the outer hangers vs the inner ones. 🤔
Hey i installed the GReddy DDR exhaust and i am wondering if it is okay that the exhausts it making contact with the rear subframe just before the rear exhaust hangars. I notice that in this video yours is also very close to touching it. But mines actually making contact is that a big problem? I may have to just adjust it a little bit.
If it's metal on metal, definitely try to adjust it. For being bolted together, exhausts have a lot of wiggle room and can be adjusted a little bit. If it's hitting the subframe, it'll rattle at certain times and be annoying so definitely try to adjust.
@@EdgeAutosport Alright thanks well that gives me something to do this weekend, thanks guys! You’re videos really helped me pick the GReddy DDR too btw!!👊🏼 it sounds great im loving it so far.
I have the remark exhaust on my 2018 si Sedan and one if the gaskets is leaking do you know the size of it I dont wanna remove it and risk braking the bolts without knowing 100% sure.
I have a 10th gen hatch and I have Prl cai and intercooler with k tuner do you think the 700$ is worth it or should I just cut the resonator and mufflers
I’ve done that in the past, and then switched to invidia catback. Honestly the exhaust sounded cleaner more defined but truly the res and muffler delete was good enough and I had so many complaints and on that setup alone. I’d do the delete first
Thank you 😊 for this video. I was waiting to see what the Remark exhaust sounded like on this car. I have one question. Is your project car catless? Again thank you.
How's the drone on the Skunk2? I've currently just got a muffler delete on my Si and while I love the sound and volume, the drone can be a bit much, does the Skunk2 cut down the drone at all?
These are specifically for a coupe si but I would take a look at our site and filter your year to see what comes up. There are some listed for the hatchback specifically.

Heyy guys, if anyone can tell me what's a good exhaust for a 18 civic hatchback 1.5L (Turbocharged)? Something not too loud and not too quiet, just right sound! Thanks! 😎
Really curious to have a side-by-side comparison of the skunk2 and the Apexi exhaust. One of the most affordable vs priciest exhaust out there with very similar setups. 2.75 vs 3in. Makes me think if I was too impulsive when buying my N1 exhaust😅😂
i went with AWE touring. The track edition is what the touring would sound like if you were 100% of the throttle 100% of the time. AWE comes with a front pipe which is why I went with their package instead
I have the Skunk 2 mega power RR catback. I get compliments ALL the time for how good it sounds.
That Skunk 2 sounded amazing!

Its a great sound, for sure!
What’s the part number for the remark exhaust cuz it sounds awesome and I really want one
@@XuniqueLyEm0x be aware, if you plan on going catless then that exhaust gets extremely loud

ive had the same experience bro -cheers from canada
I agree sounds like a fart
Which is why it’s 600 bucks lmao
That's what welding mufflers on is for.....

It really shines when revving high! But otherwise yeah it's a little boom-y. Downpipes also tend to add a lot of drone we've found...
will the remark sports touring work on a ‘21 honda civic sport hatchback
Can we please get a review on the APEXI N1 exhaust, I would love to hear it!!??
We'll add that one to our short list!
We need a bigger turbo review asap
Will the awe track fit and work with a 2019 hatch that's not an si?
