So true....I find Jiu Jitsu the best ever stress relief. For that hour and a half or however long you are at class you forget everything!

I trained there for two years while completing my M.A. This gym is so great. All of the instructors (professors) are really high-level guys. Also, since it is RGA, there are a lot of guys who you can match up with when rolling. If you wanna roll hard, you can find that guy. If you wanna go with the flow and chill, you can find that guy. If you want to roll with someone two belts higher than you, you can find that guy. Also, Renzo is such a nice guy. It's also cool to come to class and "Oh, there's GSP", or "Oh, there's Rashad Evans" etc. A great place to train for anyone. Ages 5-65, you'll find someone to train with. Great gym. I miss it very much now that I'm in Taiwan.

Going to NYC in December 2016. Going to a class at Renzo's is already the thing I'm looking forward to the most. The Giants and Rangers games take a back seat to this!

+David Orduna check his website. It's like 200 for unlimited classes. 180 for three times a week. One of those price options.
I pay 200 a month at AOJ. all of the top academies are in that range.

How much does it cost to train ?
John Etheridge - $75 one time registration fee, $249/ month with a 30 day notice cancelation if you want out.
I train here and it's a top notch gym and everybody in here is talented beyond belief. Worth the money if your truly into jiujitsu.
@nmk nmk is the 250 a month just for bjj ? How many days a week does that cover ,and does that also include the muay thai ? Would you recommend that gym if i was interested in MMA and not sport bjj ?

Good video, but people forget. Renzo was not the first with a well established academe in New York. Craig Kukuk was there years before. John, Matt, shawn etc. All started with Craig. Craig asked Renzo to make the video set with him then, got him a work visa. Got Renzo his his first fight in the states too.
