25?.... 25 LAYERS not to mention the perfect scraping!! I will kiss a baboon's ass if you don't win this Lisa!!! Absolute PERFECTION!!! It's stunningly PERFECT!! You just rocked my entire world!!! You have patients unto Job and an artist vision unlike anything ever seen! Words escape me for how absolutely OUTSTANDING what you've accomplished!!! My MIND IS BLOWN!!! 💛💛💛
AW, you are always so fantastic, thank you so much, you always show up and always leave comments and always support me so well. I appreciate it so much. Thank you
I've watched your videos off and on for at least a few years now, but lately I've watched more of your challenge design videos and I'm so impressed at the insane designs you do. You're so talented!
Wow, Lisa. You must be the most patient person in the whole wide world. Seriously! You made, then poured all those innumerable layers - and they look fabulous! Not to mention the ocean with a bunch of dolphins jumping around. I love it! I've never made soaps that are so freaking, crazy-wonderful! :) Your mind just continually astonishes me.
The skill Lisa has is insane! Is there anything soap related she can’t do?! And to be so forthcoming with her tips and tricks, is just so unbelievably kind of her. Also, hopefully Lisa will see this… From having watched quite a few of your videos now, I already knew you hated mica lines. Just out of interest, can I ask why? When I first came across you mentioning you don’t like them, I did wonder why. But hearing you say it again, I thought I’d actually ask this time.
Fabulous and extremely complicated! But oh so worth it, I hope. I would have got lost at all of those calculations. Really interesting to watch and love the soap. Cheers 👍👌💕
Thanks so much Cheryl.I myst admit even for me who doesn't mind soapy maths it was a bit OTT but I knew it was going to be like that when we were told we gad to use natural colours
This is mind-blowingly BEAUTIFUL 😍 ❤. That being said, this is likely a $30 bar of soap, just to reflect and represent the amount of work and craftsmanship it took to make it. Needless to say, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY 🎉❤😊
Wow! I really have no other words to describe what you do. All the work, time and effort that went into this soap is insane. This would be amazing to anyone who has never made soap, but to us who are soap makers and know how tricky it can be to get nice even layers with all the different variables….your in a league of your own! And then to add the sculpted layers As well?! Again….Wow!
My jaws were on the floor when I first saw your soap design! I thought that you did the layered part first, scraped out the cave and did the ocean upside down. It makes so much more sense how you did it! So much less soaps being scrapped out this way but so much math! Your planning, time, effort and risks really paid off! Another masterpiece and your execution is flawless! A winning design! ❤🤩👏🙇♀️
Doesn’t it get boring to read the same comments over and over again? Every single soap you make is a jaw dropping 😱 There are no words to describe you anymore. You say there are three categories in the soap challenge but they need to add a fourth one, just for you. The beauty of your soaps🧼 the imagination 🤔the talent🤯, all from another planet 🪙 Thank you for sharing your incredible talent with us 😘
He, he, thanks Tammy. It actually wasn't to bad to make, I would even consider doing it again, mind you I was worried that the divider removal and scrape might be a a disaster. The worse bit was having to do all the infusions and calculations, with micas it would be a lot easier
This soap is so beautiful! The lines are so breathtaking and the natural colors make me think of the lovely painted rock formations we have here in the American Southwest. I know that this soap was so so much work (and math!) But because it is so pretty maybe in the future a simplified rock-style soap with fewer lines and no cute dolphin cutout can return. ❤🧼
I was looking at the picture where I can only see 5 layers distinctly, so when you said 25 layers something did not compute and I was expecting this 5 layer ombre, so when you turned the soap to cut it, the hamster was revived and the wheel began to turn again and I said cleverly "Oh, twenty five layers..." Brilliantly done Lisa. 🌟
Thank you so much, yes. In the image I showed I couldn't be bothered to draw all the layers, and with the pour the video would have been very long if I had shown every layer.
Supreme soap!!! I like it when we can hear the wind or rain outside your house…and the helicopters, mowers, motorbikes, or the occasional playing children! It somehow makes for such a cozy video😊 P.s. You’re the mother of soap! Why wouldn’t we want to watch you pour all your brilliant layers 😮 Pish posh Lisa! Show us those layers WOOOO HOOOO 🎉
Thanks so much Leslie, ooh I have a video I recorded last week, where the rain was so load bashing down on the studio roof, I think I ended up having to shout a bit so I could be heard, that one might be interesting (or tricky to edit)
Oh Lisa, this premixing, pre-work and all boggles the mind of a mere mortal🥴no clue how you can do it! What a clever thought design, probably my favorite, looking at sea and sky and dolphins, which I love, and all these layers, and the best part of it, all natural plant colours. Your blue colours are just amazing! Such a beautiful soap, and once again, one I would just look at and never ever use! Thank you so very much for this greatest of all your videos, I am so in awe! And all the best with your entries for the soap challenges, for me you are already the winner of them all🙏❤️
BTW, I alwasys love your music choices. I can relate to almost every song. Becasue watching you make soap is soooo relaxing, it balances out the other feelings through the music. It is a beautiful thing. Thank you Lisa!
Wow Lisa!!! A soap challenge to be sure! The mathematics alone looked complicated enough, then all the time it took too! The end result is gorgeous, absolutely fantastic soap!! Good luck in the comp! Thanks for sharing!! 😊
That is amazing! The patience it must have taken to pour all those thin layers. And I can't get over how vibrant the colors ended up! You absolutely nailed your design! I'll be shocked if you don't win your category.
I don’t like mica lines since I’ve had the soap split there. I think I used too much so there wasn’t any stickum’ left! And I like the soap, both the colors and the perspective of the dolphins in the distance!
Thank you so much. Time wise the whole soap probably took about 15 hours, but I wasn't doing it all that time. I did other things in between the layers setting
Super pretty Lisa! Thanks for the detailed video. I adore straight lines but struggle with the balance between time and trace for proper set up, so that it's not bumpy and I'm not waiting forever. Any tips for fine tuning?
I always pour whilst fluid, if the soap won't settle flat on it's own it's too thick. I split my batches and mix 1 layer at a time. When the top of 1 layer is dull, you can gently pour the next
I store my olive oil in a large 30litre container, but the one in the video is just a reused, cleaned out bottle that I got some potassium hydroxide in (for liquid soap). It comes in nice tough bottles, so I make sure I reuse them rather than just throwing them away
Very smart way to make your sea and sky embed yet still stay within the parameters of the challenge rules. This is a beautiful bar of soap and thank you for taking us with you as you made it! The length of the video is not too much because you packed so much information and skill into a hair over thirty minutes. Wonderful job! 👍🐬🌞
Lisa, you have the patience of a saint!
Thank you so much @karenmsuk, that's very kind of you.

More than any other creator, she seems to truly make art. It's just that her medium is soap. I'm impressed every time I watch.

Incredible, Lisa! Beautiful colors, beautiful design and intriguing to boot. I love it. 🤩

The maths! OMG the maths! Totally brilliant! I can't even...
The patience! You are always amazing but this is so much more! Very extra!

Thank you so much!
amazing as always Lisa!! - I can't imagine what time of day you got started on this LOL - you are the most patient person I have ever "met" 😆🥰

this is crazy impressive
Lots of layers, and tricky to photograph. 😉
Genius, Lisa, just pure genius!!! ❤❤❤❤

Hello again. Lovely to see you again 😀

Brilliant soap and must’ve been notoriously tricky.
