Zhoushen sang it with his operatic counter tenor voice
in November 2018 “Supervocal”.
He graduated as a professional Bel Canto Tenor from
Lviv National Music Academy, Ukraine in June 2016.
His musicianship is perfectly Amazing!

Hey guys, I strongly recommend the song “Memory” by him in the same program that features the new opera. “Time to say goodbye” was his first show-up song, it was just to show his techniques, so it was short. But the “Memory” was to show his strong ability of expressing emotions as well as the angelic voice & the technique, so touching and beautiful. Don’t miss it out. You won’t be disappointed. No, he was not trained at all. He learnt 5-6 years in Ukraine for medical school, then got invited by some singing tv shows. That’s it. He blesses us all with his voice

Zhou Shen studied Dentistry for a year in Ukraine. Then studied music at Lviv National Music Academy.
This singer is named Zhou Shen. He has graduated from Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy. His singing skill is trained, but his voice is natural. He sang in this voice when he was a middle school student. And the voice is really really really amazing!
Glad to see he’s finally going global. He’s voice and mastery if various type of music genre is second to none.

He is another unique singer from China, I love Super Vocal show too as it's had so many well train and professional singer and bringing something different to my enjoyment. Love many singers on the show. A Yun Ga singing on episode 11 is stunning. Zhou Shen Memory is good, Sound of Silence is superb!
I cried again, the sound was so shocking.

Super vocal is a Chinese Music TV show. He is very famous in China. He studied Bel Canto in Ukraine. He is a pop singer, he actually combined different styles of singing into his song. He did a lot of covers. The most recent one is “ monsters”.
The Singer 2019 just aired episode 1. But this is from the same tv station that produces The Singer. This show is called “Super Vocal.” The contestants all come from an opera or musical background and some are students but there’s also professional singers. I also recommend Zhou Shen’s performance of “Memory” and “Over the Rainbow” on this show. There is also a performance of the song “The Sound of Silence” on this show that’s great. Definitely check the show out

To make it clear, his major was tenor in college but now he is a pop singer. He’s using his natural voice and basic opera techniques to sing this song that may sounds like countertenor. He’s different from a countertenor because his angelic voice is natural. Hope this information could help you guys!
I thought he actually went to Ukraine to study Medicine. I remember him saying that in The Singing Competition.
@@ymhktravel he did. Than he couldn't give up his love for music and changed his major. Grateful that he did or we won't be hearing his angelic voice.

"Supervocal" A Competition in which there were 36 contestants. Zhou Shen was one of them. But feel very sad, because he is the best, yet he was not chosen. The others were mostly so lifeless just good voice won the 6 principle seats. But now Zhou Shen is the most famous singer
as he moves the soul of many and those who have heard him were so shocked and impressed.
For me, I am just an opera and classical music lover, but Zhou Shen reminds of of Pavarotti as he sings like him bringing life to every aria of
the opera he sang. But Zhou Shen doesn't have the chance yet. I heard him sang a few lines of an opera arias, hence I said he sang like
Pavarotti.
His opera trainer teacher was a very famous opera training teacher in Ukraine. Zhou Shen got A grade under this teacher.
He can sing even Chinese opera.
His "Big Fish" brought his fame.

He's actually not trained, and usually practiced by himself, this song included. You guys shoud listen him on The Voice China (first time on TV), and The Singer 2020 too. Zhou Shen is amazing, he's voice control and he's voice in general are amazing. Very talented!!! Btw, he can sing in any language and style, a really versatile singer and too tiny to be SO talented.
He is actually trained in Bel Canto in Lviv, Ukraine. I think he was at the academy of music there for 3 years. But he was learning in a tenor voice I think. He practiced by himself at home with his natural high voice, so he wasn't trained in the high voice. But he definitely has classical singing training.

I just love his voice so much, and I had the same reaction as u guys when I first heard him.
This TV show is called super-vocal, produced by the same TV station as Singer. Super-vocal is a brand new TV show aiming to popularize opera and musical drama in China. There will be the last episode of super-vocal next weekend. And Singer 2019 just started last weekend.
That’s his real voice, he didn’t learn from anyone. His voice is like an angel already when he first started out. Now he’s getting better and better at the songs.
He studied bel canto at a music academy in Lviv, Ukraine, but singing in a lower "male" voice, as he was told that his high voice had no place in the music world, and he was afraid of others making fun of his "woman's voice". If only he knew.

I love Pinoy people, they are friendly and nice and we know you are proud of your countrymen's achievement but there isn't a need to be jealous of Zhou Shen's talents. Marcelito's singing is wonderful as well but he just doesn't give me goosebumps the way Zhou Shen does, Zhou Shen's voice is both ethereal and angelic.

Also, I strongly recommend “the sound of silence” from the same TV show. If Zhoushen’s voice is like a bird, Wangxi’s (one singer who sang the sound of silence) voice is like a tree, or a mountain. They are both unique singers who have the magic to calm people down. Hope you enjoy it.

He actually said he pratice the song by himself alone, no professional teacher teach him the technic of this song. He's just born with blessings.
That's not true. He studied bel canto vocal training at a musical academy in Lviv Ukraine for three years. So he has much vocal technique study. He was singing by himself in his natural high voice which he was afraid of being ridiculed for... but he definitely is classically trained.
@@leannefranson1198 He did study Bel Canto in Ukraine, however, at the contest venue one of the judges, Mr. 廖昌永, graduated from Shanghai Consevatory of Music with a master degree, being the dean there since 2019, also has a reputation as the No.1 baritone in Asia said he could tell Zhou Shen did not have the formal training particular with this song and Zhou told him he just self practiced it privately at home.

His name is Zhou Shen, a native of Guizhou. He studied in Ukraine. His major is to learn medicine. After he participated in the good voice of China, he was excavated and listened to him singing the hawthorn tree. It was an early Soviet song. By the way, I heard a Chinese singer called Wang Yude. It will make you very amazing.

I think he counts as a natural countertenor. He has almost the same vocal range as a soprano. Recommend his new performance on this show, the Lonely Goatherd (孤独的牧羊人).
