Congrats on 200 subscribers! I am not monogamous with my books. I normally have 3 books going at once. I have one that I read in the morning while i sip my coffee, one that i read before bed, then a poetry book or short story collection that I may randomly pick up when i have just a few minutes or on the weekends. I tried to read only one book at a time before the next but that never worked for me. I DNF'd The Secret History twice but for some reason i still keep in on my shelves. I keep trying to force myself to want to read it again because so many people love it. I feel like I need to just bit the bullet and read it all the way through. P.S. i like the mini mic :)
i should definitely do polyreading more often, it seems to really help with the reading slump. and yes, i still think The Secret History is worth the read, albeit a torturous one 😂 thanks for being here, Christina!
As I was watching this I had to really dig inside my mind to remember what book I was reading while still on holiday but that I've neglected ever since coming home. It's very sad that I've made in nearly impossible for myself to read anywhere else but during vacation because I love to read books.
@@Difrapuccino must be harder too since you're a working gal and you have little kiddos around as well 😔 but then reading isn't a race, as you've kindly reminded me in one of my videos. we read at our own pace and that's okay 🥰

I relate to this 😂 I feel like I always have a few books (physical and audiobook) on rotation
it isn't the ideal scenario for me but sometimes life really be that way hahaha 😢
i’m currently reading 37 books!
37 is insane!
