So im guessing these "progamers" are ouside of korea?!....i cannot see ANY korean actual pros loseing to scan not even half of the game but i might be completly wrong!
Dude, love watching Scan play. He's just so GOOD... LOVE his turret defenses against mutalisks too. So many turrets, like YES! YEEEES! LOOK at all those JUICY base defenses. Mutalisks fly in and just continuously take rockets to the sphincter.
Think Zelot made a mistake not going for economy damage after killing the army in G2, he waited for guardians while doing nothing with his huge muta advantage and that gave scan time to prepare again.
I just love how scan plays so clean its hard to kill him with aggressive builds. his scouting has been so good. Also love the double uploads in the same vid :) I even watched the ZVZ's :D
Love that multiple games are bundled when they are short ones. Also skipping the early game on the second one since there is no point asking to subscribe on both and such. Well done, well edited and well thought. Keep up the good work.
I like that some videos now combine games, as others have mentioned, it also helps avoid spoilers if we don't know how many games are in the video. It could be one, two, three? So the length of the videos doesn't really give much away.
Man, not only did the multiple-game bundle fool me but I got double fooled thinking you put the whole series in one and that it was a speed sweep. These have been entertaining as all hell, thanks for making these my fellow Canadian!
I've been following your channel almost since the beginning. I love that you're doing multiple matches when one of the games is on the short end. Makes it easier to get my sc1 fix on the daily.
Artosis, can you do more content about individual player style? I love that video you did once upon a time about not stressing on not being good at starcraft. I'm thinking one on one analysis.
oh damn, i thought you were only going to do this format with ZvZ, really enjoy having the whole series in one video. thanks for casting this tournament!
I’d love for there to be some Tastosis casts for these types of UA-cam videos. It’s really the mixtures of detailed analysis combined with lighthearted humor that makes them so entertaining.
hey arty, it seems like when you clump the videos together you export them in a lower frame rate (ie from 60FPS which looks sharp and crisp, to 29.97FPS which looks slippery). Keep up the good work, love listening to you.
Trying to follow a tournament currently is definitely confusing and too difficult so hope to see brackets and better categorizing of the many series we see
I like how reliable is Scan's playstyle: makes a million turrets, backs off behind 2 bunkers. It guarantees that Scan is not loosing, but sometimes it gives his opponents time to recover. Feels like young Flash before he became a champion. If Scan finds it in himself to sometimes incorporate risky play, he would definitely be an ASL regular. Disclaimer: i am just a cannon rusher.
LOL, Scan style is nothing compared to flash... Flash literally busted into the scene by cheesing. And already was top talent the moment he came to the team house, and he was like 13 or 14 or something. Later he was known more for eco openings, just having insane macro and multitasking going further his decision making was just ahead of anyone else and making risky build in the right situations. Further, Scan and Zelot are like friends or very close since years zelots has always given input into his builds... Scan just knows his style perfectly and how he thinks ... And to just make turrets after killing half the economy of zerg while this one is just making spire is not really genius and with all respect should not create any Flash comparisons... I get that you are Scan fan, iam too. But Scan just isnt regular ASL caliber and all his endeavors in the foreign scene, 2 v2 and sc2,etc. are appreciated, but harm his potential to get better at starcraft 1. Each human only has as much energy, attention, time while Scan is doing that, there literally docent of koreans upcoming players playing non stop with advice of top players and maybe even better training methods and drive... To be the best you need to compete with the best. One person just cant compete vs a pool of hundreads of other players doing the same, but better with more brains behind, more attention, etc. That is why stories like for example tekken 7 having a secret top tier player pool in pakistan was so surprising for the rest of the world, but only possible because there was a whole scene there and other top tier players in the place of the earth. Literally spending 1 hour with a pro will help you more than just practising a week or so alone ... Because they can help you so much in every regard and now exactly what you need at the moment...
Nah, it is just this player alone, it is his style. And more or less the only good one with it at top level... Sadly he played horrible here compared to other times ... But he also got countered quite hard...
Please dont skip the first chunk of the subsequent games! Its important to be able to see all of the game for players wanting to better understand the builds. Skipping the beginning suggests only the action or results matter in the game, but the beginning preparation matters a lot. And we need to understand the maps and why they may matter in the matchup so we can better understand the players mindsst
I was so sure that he would lose to first mass guardian + muta + hydra attack, then I was wrong. Also when he started to make vessels I thought it would be better to continue producing valks, and I was wrong again lul
At 5:55 Scan's Marines are on Hold Position, but also look like they are target firing a specific Muta when it comes into range, and holding their fire until the Muta comes into range. I've never seen units hold their fire like that and waiting until a unit gets into range to shoot, when there are other potential targets in the area. Can anybody explain how Scan did this?
I wonder if instead of skipping the first few minutes in the subsequent games, you could spend that time commenting on the mistakes or decisions of the previous game, something I think has always been missing in these commentaries compared to the ASL casts, but I can still see that it's not always possible.
Great games, but is it just me or is there a dip in video quality here? Usually I can't notice it, but when you move the camera it just seems like there's so much motion blur. Maybe I'm losing my mind.
Typically youtube videos take some time to process, so when you are watcing a video that has just been posted it usually has lower image quality because of that. Sometimes the high rez version is available but it defaults to a lower one, probably because the high rez version very recently came online, so it can be worth checking the settings wheel.
Artosis this content is world class thanks. I noticed you are starting to cut the first 2:00 of games until there is significant openings to talk about - for me there is something unsatisfying about this. I'm not sure why, but there something familiar and comforting about listening to you talk about random topics for the first 2:00 minutes.. I thought I would just pass on feedback. Looking forward to ASL & I hope you had a great weekend!
I like multiple matches in one vid but I don't like the skipping of the beginning of certain matches. Yeah, I've said it before, but figured I'd mention again.
Man after a few days of watching Zelot just run over other zerg players watching Scan beat him 2-0 just speaks how good a player Scan is, it still feels like Zelot might have dropped the ball on game 2 but Scan was so quick to react with Valks.
Pah, Scan just knows every detail about zealots build and can just counter. While Zealot is literally just doing what he does every game while not playing his best game ... Sad to see
I like it that we are now guaranteed ~20m of Starcraft, rather than guaranteed one game.
Love the fact that there are several games bundled together, so I don't know how long any individual one is. It creates a lot of suspense.
^this this this. Not knowing the game lengths is such a good anti-spoiler.
Agreed!
Agreed. Plus you get a meatier daily tosis dose.
i asked artoethetists to increase 100 times never did . . . . . bichh
So im guessing these "progamers" are ouside of korea?!....i cannot see ANY korean actual pros loseing to scan not even half of the game but i might be completly wrong!
This is literally the players I most wanted to see in the grand finals!!
The People's final. 2 games in and it is so what we all expected
Love the multiple game format! Better for avoiding spoilers as well=)
For tournaments, grouping the games by player vs player is the way to do it. Thanks for the BW content!
I love this format! The length of the video is not as revealing. Keep it up!
Dude, love watching Scan play. He's just so GOOD... LOVE his turret defenses against mutalisks too. So many turrets, like YES! YEEEES! LOOK at all those JUICY base defenses.
Mutalisks fly in and just continuously take rockets to the sphincter.
😂😂😂😂💀💀💀💀
Think Zelot made a mistake not going for economy damage after killing the army in G2, he waited for guardians while doing nothing with his huge muta advantage and that gave scan time to prepare again.
It looked like he could've just straight up dived and won the game right there and then, he had something like 16 mutas
Awesome Valk play by Scan! Seems like Zelot doesn't know what to do when the game takes longer than 15 minutes
Yes. He seems to feel a bit lost whenever his Muta pressure fails to do the necessary damage or keep the opponent contained until Lurkers are out.
lol
Zerg really has no equivalent in price counter to 4+ Valks.
In game two, everyone thought Zelot has it. Then the Valks entered the game. And told to Zelot: "you are being very naughty!"
I just love how scan plays so clean its hard to kill him with aggressive builds. his scouting has been so good. Also love the double uploads in the same vid :) I even watched the ZVZ's :D
We're all so lucky to have a friend like Scan
Shocked when I saw game 2 in the same video absolutely love the suspense that it brings and lack of predictability
Love that multiple games are bundled when they are short ones. Also skipping the early game on the second one since there is no point asking to subscribe on both and such. Well done, well edited and well thought. Keep up the good work.

Man, not only did the multiple-game bundle fool me but I got double fooled thinking you put the whole series in one and that it was a speed sweep. These have been entertaining as all hell, thanks for making these my fellow Canadian!
Artosis ive been playing this game since 1996, thanks for uploading this
I've been following your channel almost since the beginning. I love that you're doing multiple matches when one of the games is on the short end. Makes it easier to get my sc1 fix on the daily.
Funny to see others also excited for this match up. I just didn't expect it'd be realized here in this tournament. Can't wait for more
Artosis, can you do more content about individual player style? I love that video you did once upon a time about not stressing on not being good at starcraft. I'm thinking one on one analysis.
*sniff seeing a devourer after so long...nostalgia hits hard xD GG! Great game from Zealot and masterful adaptations from Scan holy moly!
Artosis has never seen anything as beautiful as a terran player turtling up properly with a shit tonne of turrets. And that is as it should be.
Spectacular game no.2. Thanks for casting.
Thanks for bundling a few games together in one vod Arty!
I'm pumped for this. I love both of these players
Just won a 35 minute ZvZ. Hard day of losses, but this is the perfect way to end it :D. Love ya Arty!
I've enjoyed this tournament very much thank you.
Really liking multiple games in one video!
oh damn, i thought you were only going to do this format with ZvZ, really enjoy having the whole series in one video. thanks for casting this tournament!
great set up with the games bundled together!!! love it arty!
OMG THE FIGHT AT 17:44!!! EDGE OF YOUR SEAT ACTION!!!
That second game was really impressive, super good stuff.
Multiple game format is awesome.
Scan the Terrain God !
Two heavyweights going at it in the finals! Could not ask for more!
I’d love for there to be some Tastosis casts for these types of UA-cam videos. It’s really the mixtures of detailed analysis combined with lighthearted humor that makes them so entertaining.
Haven't watched yet, but can't wait. I'm torn on who to root for!
TY for the content - and yeah the two for 1 was a nice surprise ;)
Scan after seeing the A-Rank Zerg Unit... the Devourer:
:o

Love this new account Arty. I would like to see more Protoss but I always enjoy watching Scan play.
awesome games! thanks for the daily content! Really is nice being able to watch a game or two a day!
hey arty, it seems like when you clump the videos together you export them in a lower frame rate (ie from 60FPS which looks sharp and crisp, to 29.97FPS which looks slippery). Keep up the good work, love listening to you.
its not a lower frame rate, more like a resampling/ghoste frame issue, been talking about this the last 3 videos ;_;
Sick valk volleys
Zealots Play Style is so different to the average Mutas into Lurkers into darkswarm. It makes good entertaining SC🥳
The casting on game 2 was so good.
ive said it and i will say it again, someone get this man some capri sun
this is a much better format than them one 5min games
Zelot quickly becoming one of my favorite zergs
This is good games!! Thanks Dan!!
scan the man with a plan
Multi game format is awesome!
I love seeing valks do work
Scan FIGHTING!!
Trying to follow a tournament currently is definitely confusing and too difficult so hope to see brackets and better categorizing of the many series we see
0:25 you know him, you love him !
THUNDERDOME!!!
Great cast arty, bump!
What a monster!!! He's unbeatable!
I have NOT been enjoying the casts, but I keep watching
Truly the best caster
Second game was some Flash-tier composure comeback =)
Zelot didn't even manually control his lings to kill the initial scouting SCV in the 2nd game.
The brave valkyries of Scan!
When I saw the thumbnail and read the title I laughed so hard
Go Go Scan!

@@majormononoke8958 I didn't have the chance to read all of it, but thank you
Damn I haven't paid attention to starcraft in a while, how the meta has changed. Seeing the guardian push and all the valks is new to me, haha.
Nah, it is just this player alone, it is his style. And more or less the only good one with it at top level... Sadly he played horrible here compared to other times ... But he also got countered quite hard...

Havent seen it yet but im sayin scan wins. Hopefully. Also im excited for brackets coming up for larger tourneys. Wp art
Get your “in the first hour” badge here folks.

Artosis = god
Rt main channel = fucked chaos
Rt casting channel = elegant perfection
Does Scan see only this brownish colour of his enemy on the minimap or is it bright?
Very nice!
Let's go Scan!
I wonder if instead of skipping the first few minutes in the subsequent games, you could spend that time commenting on the mistakes or decisions of the previous game, something I think has always been missing in these commentaries compared to the ASL casts, but I can still see that it's not always possible.
I think that Artosis has a style that he pinpoints mistakes when there's not much going on in the game at the current moment.
that was literally the only devourer i have ever seen in a pro game, goodbye little one
Scan fighting!
Scan is the man, bar none.
16:40 and he did it!!

@@SeeAndDreamify no, its a resampling/ghost frame problem, his last 3 videos also look like this
More bundles! Arty ftw
Yeah scan un the finals you deserve It Bro. By the way. During His match with beast i had the feeling that artosis wanted him to loose xd
Artosis this content is world class thanks. Man, terran is so overpowered! Zerg had no chance!
did guardian range ever been nerfed? I remember them having a huge range
finnaly lets goo
5:50
why didn't he move the marines in to kill more drones? could have at least gotten 2-3. it's not like he's going to kill the hatchery.
i love the cross
Me: Zealot has this
Artosis: It would be crazy if Scam came back from this
Me: Oh ya Zealot has this
Scan: Hold my beer.
Man after a few days of watching Zelot just run over other zerg players watching Scan beat him 2-0 just speaks how good a player Scan is, it still feels like Zelot might have dropped the ball on game 2 but Scan was so quick to react with Valks.

SCAN = PEOPLE'S CHAMPION!!! :D
You know that there is something wrong with guardians when the best guardian user makes then in a winning position and gets destroyed
Battle Mutas Man +_+
Don't know if it was intended or not, but Zelot cancels the 3rd hatch at 5:15.
T v Z comp. sometimes just looks like getting rushed in the second SC1 mission lmao
