@@PavelKrotovFit definitely belly fat. Lost my job recently and this is result. But this Monday I've again started applying your "reset" philosophy that you have shown a few months back. So I hope it will be back on track soon.
@@MarcinGilRESET is definitely should help you get back in to routine. Whenever I feel lost, or need to get back in the game. reset is perfect to help with that
Just did this with a harrier bell, moved up front 20kg to 28kg. Wow what a difference, was really tough, but got through. Tired now, Amazing what 20 minutes of work can do! 💪 Great workout, Pav, thanks
Great different exercises for full body Pavel!~Excellent results to your body! I did these with 18kg kettelbel it's ok ? i feel them as heavy i can lift them! Keep uploading!

@@RezoUI good question 👍 that’s would be ether Complex “Man maker” or as single exercise Clusters 😃 not sure if it’s really fair answer as both are combination of full body exercises. Think these would be the one I would go for

I have few now :) 2x20s , 2x24s , 2x28s, 2x32s. Also have KBs up to 48kg
