  • In this Intense 20 min Full Body Home Workout we are focusing on strength and endurance. All you need for this home workout is one kettlebell (it can be done at home or the gym). Kettlebell is perfect tool to burn fat and build muscle. In this easy-to-follow workout, I will take you through some of the most effective kettlebell and bodyweight exercises to help you burn fat and build muscle.
