- The plaintiff dated the defendant, but she says he spent too much time with his ex. She loaned the defendant money, but he hasn’t paid her back, so she’s suing. The defendant argues he tried paying her back several times, but she kept refusing.
Dude still operating like he's a married man.
Either get a divorce and mean it, or stay married.

the ex divorced him but she still loves him and wanted him to show he still wanted his family. that’s what he was doing. that’s why he was going over there every day but when he lost his job he needed to get some xtra money to give his wife for child support. that’s what this whole shabang is about. they was putting on a front for the church. People with kids always say that. I'm not saying you should put someone in front of your kids but you have to balance the both or stop dating until your kids get grown. I think it's hard building a "real" relationship with someone saying "my kids will always come before you." ...thats just my opinion.
you are right. my dtr was 6 when my husband of 10 years died. i didn’t go out with anyone until she was about 3 months away from graduating high school. never regretted it. she’s 31 now and working toward opening an assisted living facility. She is always telling me how glad she is that we spent so much time together. i put a lot of my life into her. Now i can do whatever i choose with whoever i choose. It’s plenty time for you to get out and do your thing.

Yes he is but sometimes he talks too much interrupts too much it doesn't listen and says things contrary to what the people are testifying, it goes off on tangents unrelated to the case but about himself and his life I need to cut that down but he wasn't so bad in the earlier the years but he has turned the courtroom into a circus at times and he acts like a clown and I'm not being disrespectful just honest

Told her while she was in college not to date him . My friend ignored the warning. After college she married him and had 6 kids. Needless to say 25 years later , he is her ex after numerous cheating situations and horrible abuse. But i think she still loves him even after all of it.
