i would also like to add that with some brands like you say oatly milk has some thing in there that "shouldnt" be in there, those ingredients often have a purpose either for stabilization, longevity of the product or simply flavour. i feel sometimes you can get too caught up in buying the "cleanest" product but its important to remember that extra ingredients that are not included in the name of the product are not evil and its important to weigh up these things.
LOVED the haul! Great ideas + organizing tips. One quick thing tho... it’ll be great if we switch the word “clean” for what it actually is: natural, healthier, less calorie dense, lighter... there’s no “dirty” foods and it’s just time to start switching this mentality. Love your videos 🤍

I do my groceries the EXACT same way. I have to do it in order. I find the meals I want to make, write down the ingredients for the meal, then make a new list of the ingredients I need to buy. And if I mess up I have to start over 😂

He's so insightful and really answers all the questions I could think of. I'm trying to transition to a more plant based lifestyle to be kinder to my body. It's hard, but you have to start somewhere!
Hi angel I am never a huge fan of fad diets or things of that nature, I always just listen to my body and do what feels right for it! For me that is eating clean and whole good food, but for other people it may be holding themselves accountable by only eating foods at a certain time of day
