that’s not a lot of food it is a healthy amount but i wouldn’t say it is a lot. not to compare, but i’m 5’2 and eat 2400. we are all different tho so we should do what’s work for us
@@samantha9164 absolutely! Everyone’s dietary needs are different but I feel like Sami’s diet is more realistic than others I’ve seen on youtube that would leave me hangry! 😂 I can actually get inspo from her recipes ♥️
YOU ARE SO INSPIRATIONAL! i have been working out 20-35 minutes per day and at first, i was skeptical if it would be effective as I use to torture myself and work out 60-90 minutes! thank you for being such an inspiration and making me realize that we can achieve results that are sustainable and not like killing myself. I use to think that in order to get a good workout in, I had to kill myself and work out for AT LEAST 1 hour. as a result, I would literally dread my workout the night before and the morning of. honestly, I was mentally MISERABLE, but now I feel so much freer now that I have let go of that mentality. altho I was able to maintain the workout routine, I do not know if I would be able to sustain it for the rest of my life.
Your what I eat in a day videos are my faveees! they have literally helped me to get back to normal portion size, so thank you for that!! 🥰 seeing someone not counting every calories and rather focusing on healthy whole food diets has been so refreshing in this often so toxic IG fitness industry
I'd love to see a weekly trainings plan you follow! How many arm/leg/full body/abs/ HIIT/ runs/ pilates/ yoga/.... workouts you do in one week and in which row. I love all your outputs! your honesty, motivation and easy meals. Feels like I have very similar rituals and habits, so its nice inspo for me. Thank you! :))

Honestly I have a home gym and it's all mental! A lot of the times I skip workouts even with a gym in my house. I don't mean to take it for granted, but struggle is real when it's mental
