One unrelated thing I wanted to mention: your teeth are just perfect. I'm a dental hygienist, so naturally, teeth are the first thing I notice on a face. Yours are amazing. Thank you for opening up about your skin journey. From everything I’ve learned with detoxing, if the toxins don’t come out through your bowels or sweating, they’ll come out your skin. Make sure you’re having a bowel movement 1-3 times per day and sweating (which I’m sure you are with working out). Taking a binder can also help mop up the toxins so they don’t cause breakouts. I’ve found a lot of those high protein product like drinks is what causes my stomach problems and skin problems! I’m not saying this is the cause for you, but it defiantly affected me! I rarely eat any snacks now unless it’s fresh fruit or home made, I tend to avoid anything packeted unless it’s Greek yogurt and I just up my portions for food to accomodate :) I got hit with acne at 23 and now at 28 my skin is so clear I honestly leave the house most days with no makeup! Hope this helps :) x
