I think the lack of power multipliers really hurts the viltrumites against the saiyans. Super Saiyan is a 50x multiplier over base I think. Viltrumites scale pretty well against saiyan saga characers but they fall off hard once super saiyan is a factor. Btw numbers such as "x trillion times the speed of light" are completely useless as they aren't even comprehendable.

Manga merged Zamasu did it just by having the soul being the same, the smart atoms would turn the non-Viltrumite into a Viltrumite. Yet, we see multiple characters not only endure blasts but outright smack him around in his various forms. For strength, if punches from the same character can hurt the ones dealing with blasts then they're obviously that durable as well. Not to mention we see them smack away ki blasts too, indicating the difference isn't nearly as crazy as you're making it seem. Blasts have been shown multiple times to be comparable to the physical stats of the users. Heck we've even seen Goku tank his Kamehameha which is at least over twice as powerful as he is. I'm also referring to characters from around the Namek Saga onwards, Saiyan Saga characters obviously get cooked up by Omni-Man. Also, the difference between someone like 1st Form Frieza and Nolan is massive, Nolan's best feat is him, Mark, and Thadeus smashing through Planet Viltrum. Mind you that feat is still contentious in its planet level status since Space Racer pierced the core iirc using his gun. Planet level is more like a reasonable peak for Omni-Man especially since it was done with the help of 3 other people, as opposed to characters like Frieza who can destroy a planet and have the explosion show up on a galactic scale (The amount of energy to do this is far beyond planet level, in fact it dwarfs that tier completely).

There are some problems with your points: 1. The DB cast are powered by ki, they're not just channeling energy. They are amping their stats with it. A blast achieving something like obliterating a planet but failing to kill someone is a show of durability and of course strength if punches from the same enemy can hurt a person tanking those blasts. Ki blasts are just far easier to blow stuff up with for obvious reasons. You wouldn't question why a grenade is easier to blow something up with than a simple punch. That doesn't mean they're not able to fight or tank attacks at that level though, it's just an application of energy they already have. Not to mention we see them smack away, cut, or even catch blasts too. I'm also referring to characters from around the Namek Saga onwards, Saiyan Saga characters obviously get cooked up by Omni-Man. 2. The difference between someone like 1st Form Frieza and Nolan is so massive that his speed is fundamentally irrelevant. Why? Nolan's peak is planet level, there are no other canon feats he has that go beyond this really. No, someone like Omnipotus isn't beyond planet level, it is explicitly stated that the feats for him are done through a chain reaction not through his own innate power. Nolan smashes through Viltrum and causes it to explode, but needed the help of Mark and Thadeus to do it. Not to mention he also had Space Racer pierce the planet first with his gun, which iirc hit the core of the planet prior to the actual planet busting. 1st Form Frieza destroyed Vegeta (The Planet), which has x10 the gravity of Earth, and the calcs put the feat at Dwarf Star level- far above planet ranges of power. When you add in multipliers from transformations, power level boosts via ki blasts...yeah no, Nolan isn't even remotely hurting the high tiers of the Namek Saga. 3. Ki as I said is an energy, and can be used in multiple ways beyond a simple unidirectional blast, such as the super explosive wave which annihilates everything with an AoE attack. There's also the fact that we've seen even someone's mere aura can block ki blasts from planet busters and far beyond, so really the argument is if Nolan can even hit the high tier Namek Saga characters through their aura given the vast difference in power. Yes, he's faster, but if he might do more damage to himself then anything by trying to hit someone whose body is being amplified to be durable enough to withstand energy that can bust a small star. Plus, a simple kiai would annihilate Nolan since not only would it still be incredibly powerful, but would actually be invisible to him. He wouldn't even see the attack coming. A basic kiai, not even a blast, but a simple shockwave emitted through one's exertion of ki- would be a move that Nolan wouldn't even see coming and would do monstrous damage due to the gap in power. 4. The destruction of Namek, which Frieza survived btw, unleashed an explosion that could be seen on a galactic scale. (Doesn't mean it's Galaxy level, just saying that the explosion was so devastating it went beyond its solar system and was observable on a galactic scale). The energy for such an explosion is FAR beyond Omni-Man, in fact it dwarfs the scaling of Omni-Man entirely. And Frieza, tanked it. He was still alive, damaged, but that was mostly due to being blasted by Goku and being at near death's door. We later see Future Trunks completely no diff Frieza, and so on and so forth.
Even Omni-man suffocating Raditz and Nappa in space is debatable, as both of them can fly, and could just fly back down to orbit. Of course this goes both ways as Omni-man could just pull them back up as they try to escape. It is also worth noting that Omni-mans insane “hundreds of times faster than light” feats can be argued to only be his travel speed, in space. Space has no resistance that would keep him from moving those speeds, and he would have to take a few seconds to gain that speed IF he goes in a straight line. His reaction speed is certainly still high, but might not even be faster than Raditz (I have no feats to scale Omni-man’s reaction speed). All-in-all, I don’t believe Omni-man is getting past Raditz.
If you want to scale Omniman higher, you can use Space racers gun destroing a Star but only destabilizing planet Viltrum and needing the three viltrumites to destroy it.
Why doesn’t anyone ever consider the explosion of Viltrum when scaling Omni Man (or any high tier invincible character in general)? The explosion of Viltrum was so powerful, it reached past its ring, and completely vaporized 3 of its 4 moons. Omni Man and everyone else fighting were very close to the ring. If we assume the closest moon to Viltrum, was the same distance as our moon is from Earth, that’s an explosion that covered over 200,000+ miles at bare minimum. The only moon we see that survived was the one that was farthest away. I feel like that should definitely be calculated/scaled. It’s also worth noting that all the corpses around Viltrum (which is what made up its ring), survived the planetary explosion. That’s an extremely close distance to such a powerful explosion. That automatically debunks any “multi-continental” label for any Viltrumite, let alone high tiers like Omni Man. Then there’s the fact that the only things that can eliminate Viltrumites are Stars themselves, or weapons with Star level AP. In the show this is also consistent considering Omni Man was gonna off himself with a black hole, although we don’t know if it would have done the job, but again, it is consistent with the fact we only see Star/Solar System level things being able to take down Viltrumites for good (aside from living beings that scale relative to them such as BB and Ragnars).

Also Viltrum exploding doesnt really make Omniman star level, i mean- it was explicitly stated that Omniman wouldve died if all 3 of them didnt hit the planet right, and the viltrumite bodies forming a ring surviving doesnt really seem consistent considering that being at the center of a planet exploding would hurt more than being a ring around it. Considering that the explosion vaporized moons, the living viltrumite ring would atleast scale to bare minimum moon levels of durability, but considering its a dense ring of literal viltrumites i dont see how you can scale how much each one was hurt. Its also not consistent because we never see a star level feat in action, and the implications on it are ambiguous. Also solar system level beings? Who is solar system level in Invincible?

Mainly due to its heat as it’s stated that their heat resistance caps at 6,000 degrees and cores of habitable planets are also that hot. And they were fine anyway, but space racers gun was a star buster and couldn’t bust viltrum meaning Viltrum>GBE of stars. For more consistency tech jacket a far weaker character has star level scaling in his own comics which take place in the same universe as invincible.

In the comics we only see Viltrumites being able to kill each other, alongside Allen, Battle Beast, and Ragnars (who are relative to Viltrumites). It took living beings of relative strength to kill Viltrumites because there was no weapon that could ever hurt a Viltrumite, aside from the Infinity Ray which is a star busting weapon. They’re below star level but are above moon level. Planetary level is a reasonable conclusion for each Viltrumite, with high tiers being large planetary. And yeah the black hole scene was only in the show, and black holes are solar system level if I remember correctly. That would make it safe to assume it could kill omni man. And for scaling the damage done to the Viltrumite ring, they were all engulfed in the explosion anyway. We see the corpses in the next panels floating around after being propelled by the explosion. Also no one is solar system level in Invincible aside from Omnipotus, but he wasn’t at that level when he fought Dinosauras.

And considering Viltrum is more larger than most typical Large planets, the core should be hotter I assume, so it doesnt feel right to say it was the heat.. Also Space racers gun being a star buster? Vegeta's Final Flash against Cell is feared by his own allies as being about to destroy the earth, as is Goku's Instant Kamehameha, and both of these attacks fail to do so only because they're fired off into space and miss the planet entirely. ki control is always implied directing the blasts, by missing the object entirely to avoid damage.

Especially since his power level is ridiculously close to Roshi’s and because when Piccolo jr. with a power level of 400 destroyed the moon he was still showcasing a large amount of effort to blow it up
Also because the difference in power required to blow up the moon is significantly less than the power to destroy Earth as while the moon may have 1/4 the size of Earth, it has only 1/80 the mass of our planet

He's faster than like a good chunk of Z, but can only do meaningful damage to like the first arc. It's kind of like watching Doomsday vs the Flash.
In fact he can mathematically trow a punch so hard to be a problem for nappa, raditz and even vegeta from saiyan saga, in the worst scenario he lose an arm doing it, in the best scenario he injury himself a little or don't even injury his arm, probably you don't know it but faster you go and harder you can hit and omniman is fast enough to speedblitz everyone in the saiyan saga with easy, in saiyan saga the characters always talks about a super sonic speed level so for sure they are on a high mach level but still below to the light speed level while omniman is massively faster than light speed level

@@fictionschmiction4478 i actually think it's false, i don't remember a single time a dbz character from saiyan saga (but even on namek saga honestly if you wanna talk about namek) making huge feats without using ki blast attacks (i mean, only using punches or things like this) because for an exemple, there is a huge difference between nappa using a ki blast attack and nappa using a punch and I'm saying it to makes a good comparison between nappa and omniman because obviously omniman can't use any energy attacks, so the only real advantage is the ki blast attacks, for the rest omniman is superior to the characters from saiyan saga, specially if we know that nolan is way faster than them and with greater strength feats, obviously if nappa hits nolan with ki blast attacks going hard he can't take it like nothing but nolan being way faster and stronger have the possibility to dodge everything from nappa and hitting him hard on the head or on the chest to rip his heart out from it and in addition if you hit a saiyan of any level while he's distracted you can hurt him very easily while nolan's durability doesn't change based on his concentration (and being way faster, nolan can absolutely hits nappa while he's distracted/confused)

For example, Frieza blowing up Planet Vegeta, a world with x10 the gravity of Earth, was calced at Dwarf Star level. Yet, we see multiple characters not only endure blasts but outright smack him around in his various forms. For strength, if punches from the same character can hurt the ones dealing with blasts then they're obviously that durable as well. Not to mention we see them smack away ki blasts too, indicating the difference isn't nearly as crazy as you're making it seem. Blasts have been shown multiple times to be comparable to the physical stats of the users. Heck we've even seen Goku tank his Kamehameha which is at least over twice as powerful as he is.
I'm also referring to characters from around the Namek Saga onwards, Saiyan Saga characters obviously get cooked up by Omni-Man. Also, the difference between someone like 1st Form Frieza and Nolan is massive, Nolan's best feat is him, Mark, and Thadeus smashing through Planet Viltrum. Mind you that feat is still contentious in its planet level status since Space Racer pierced the core iirc using his gun. Planet level is more like a reasonable peak for Omni-Man especially since it was done with the help of 3 other people, as opposed to characters like Frieza who can destroy a planet and have the explosion show up on a galactic scale (The amount of energy to do this is far beyond planet level, in fact it dwarfs that tier completely).

The following post has spoilers for Invincible, putting this in case you haven't read the comics and are only a show watcher. I don't wanna be a jerk.
There are some problems with your points:
1. The DB cast are powered by ki, they're not just channeling energy. They are amping their stats with it. A blast achieving something like obliterating a planet but failing to kill someone is a show of durability and of course strength if punches from the same enemy can hurt a person tanking those blasts. Ki blasts are just far easier to blow stuff up with for obvious reasons. You wouldn't question why a grenade is easier to blow something up with than a simple punch. That doesn't mean they're not able to fight or tank attacks at that level though, it's just an application of energy they already have. Not to mention we see them smack away, cut, or even catch blasts too. I'm also referring to characters from around the Namek Saga onwards, Saiyan Saga characters obviously get cooked up by Omni-Man.
2. The difference between someone like 1st Form Frieza and Nolan is so massive that his speed is fundamentally irrelevant. Why? Nolan's peak is planet level, there are no other canon feats he has that go beyond this really. No, someone like Omnipotus isn't beyond planet level, it is explicitly stated that the feats for him are done through a chain reaction not through his own innate power. Nolan smashes through Viltrum and causes it to explode, but needed the help of Mark and Thadeus to do it. Not to mention he also had Space Racer pierce the planet first with his gun, which iirc hit the core of the planet prior to the actual planet busting. 1st Form Frieza destroyed Vegeta (The Planet), which has x10 the gravity of Earth, and the calcs put the feat at Dwarf Star level- far above planet ranges of power. When you add in multipliers from transformations, power level boosts via ki blasts...yeah no, Nolan isn't even remotely hurting the high tiers of the Namek Saga.
3. Ki as I said is an energy, and can be used in multiple ways beyond a simple unidirectional blast, such as the super explosive wave which annihilates everything with an AoE attack. There's also the fact that we've seen even someone's mere aura can block ki blasts from planet busters and far beyond, so really the argument is if Nolan can even hit the high tier Namek Saga characters through their aura given the vast difference in power. Yes, he's faster, but if he might do more damage to himself then anything by trying to hit someone whose body is being amplified to be durable enough to withstand energy that can bust a small star. Plus, a simple kiai would annihilate Nolan since not only would it still be incredibly powerful, but would actually be invisible to him. He wouldn't even see the attack coming. A basic kiai, not even a blast, but a simple shockwave emitted through one's exertion of ki- would be a move that Nolan wouldn't even see coming and would do monstrous damage due to the gap in power.
4. The destruction of Namek, which Frieza survived btw, unleashed an explosion that could be seen on a galactic scale. (Doesn't mean it's Galaxy level, just saying that the explosion was so devastating it went beyond its solar system and was observable on a galactic scale). The energy for such an explosion is FAR beyond Omni-Man, in fact it dwarfs the scaling of Omni-Man entirely. And Frieza, tanked it. He was still alive, damaged, but that was mostly due to being blasted by Goku and being at near death's door. We later see Future Trunks completely no diff Frieza, and so on and so forth.
Even Omni-man suffocating Raditz and Nappa in space is debatable, as both of them can fly, and could just fly back down to orbit. Of course this goes both ways as Omni-man could just pull them back up as they try to escape. It is also worth noting that Omni-mans insane “hundreds of times faster than light” feats can be argued to only be his travel speed, in space. Space has no resistance that would keep him from moving those speeds, and he would have to take a few seconds to gain that speed IF he goes in a straight line. His reaction speed is certainly still high, but might not even be faster than Raditz (I have no feats to scale Omni-man’s reaction speed). All-in-all, I don’t believe Omni-man is getting past Raditz.

If you want to scale Omniman higher, you can use Space racers gun destroing a Star but only destabilizing planet Viltrum and needing the three viltrumites to destroy it.
Why doesn’t anyone ever consider the explosion of Viltrum when scaling Omni Man (or any high tier invincible character in general)?
The explosion of Viltrum was so powerful, it reached past its ring, and completely vaporized 3 of its 4 moons. Omni Man and everyone else fighting were very close to the ring. If we assume the closest moon to Viltrum, was the same distance as our moon is from Earth, that’s an explosion that covered over 200,000+ miles at bare minimum. The only moon we see that survived was the one that was farthest away. I feel like that should definitely be calculated/scaled. It’s also worth noting that all the corpses around Viltrum (which is what made up its ring), survived the planetary explosion. That’s an extremely close distance to such a powerful explosion. That automatically debunks any “multi-continental” label for any Viltrumite, let alone high tiers like Omni Man.
Then there’s the fact that the only things that can eliminate Viltrumites are Stars themselves, or weapons with Star level AP. In the show this is also consistent considering Omni Man was gonna off himself with a black hole, although we don’t know if it would have done the job, but again, it is consistent with the fact we only see Star/Solar System level things being able to take down Viltrumites for good (aside from living beings that scale relative to them such as BB and Ragnars).

Also Viltrum exploding doesnt really make Omniman star level, i mean- it was explicitly stated that Omniman wouldve died if all 3 of them didnt hit the planet right, and the viltrumite bodies forming a ring surviving doesnt really seem consistent considering that being at the center of a planet exploding would hurt more than being a ring around it. Considering that the explosion vaporized moons, the living viltrumite ring would atleast scale to bare minimum moon levels of durability, but considering its a dense ring of literal viltrumites i dont see how you can scale how much each one was hurt.
Its also not consistent because we never see a star level feat in action, and the implications on it are ambiguous.
Also solar system level beings? Who is solar system level in Invincible?

Mainly due to its heat as it’s stated that their heat resistance caps at 6,000 degrees and cores of habitable planets are also that hot. And they were fine anyway, but space racers gun was a star buster and couldn’t bust viltrum meaning Viltrum>GBE of stars. For more consistency tech jacket a far weaker character has star level scaling in his own comics which take place in the same universe as invincible.
@ I didn’t say Omni Man was star level, because that would be a reach, but that only star level AP was capable of killing Viltrumites *aside* from beings relative to Viltrumites. In the comics we only see Viltrumites being able to kill each other, alongside Allen, Battle Beast, and Ragnars (who are relative to Viltrumites). It took living beings of relative strength to kill Viltrumites because there was no weapon that could ever hurt a Viltrumite, aside from the Infinity Ray which is a star busting weapon. They’re below star level but are above moon level. Planetary level is a reasonable conclusion for each Viltrumite, with high tiers being large planetary.
And yeah the black hole scene was only in the show, and black holes are solar system level if I remember correctly. That would make it safe to assume it could kill omni man. And for scaling the damage done to the Viltrumite ring, they were all engulfed in the explosion anyway. We see the corpses in the next panels floating around after being propelled by the explosion. Also no one is solar system level in Invincible aside from Omnipotus, but he wasn’t at that level when he fought Dinosauras.
@@Image_empire A large planets center core and the suns surface are relative temperature, when we see Viltrumites fight on the sun it seems they're being burned intensely, i dont know if the heat of the core of the planet would be the cause of them dying, and im sure they make it clear in the panel that its just from the planet if they didnt hit it right. And considering Viltrum is more larger than most typical Large planets, the core should be hotter I assume, so it doesnt feel right to say it was the heat..
Also Space racers gun being a star buster? I wanna see a panel of that actually- also tech jacket being star level? Why was that never used?

Vegeta's Final Flash against Cell is feared by his own allies as being about to destroy the earth, as is Goku's Instant Kamehameha, and both of these attacks fail to do so only because they're fired off into space and miss the planet entirely.
ki control is always implied directing the blasts, by missing the object entirely to avoid damage.
