I love having a sleeping area, which feels, like a sanctuary. I believe resting in a uncluttered and sleep ready atmosphere will get a good night rest. I definitely feel the difference when I have the right atmosphere to sleep. The bed sheets also play a vital role in getting a good sleep, which is why always prefer 100% cotton sheets. The Bedscape sheets are a wonderful addition, which I really enjoy.

My aunt gave me the curtains. I’m not sure where she bought it from. You can find similar ones in Amazon
Great work - I might try to make my bedroom more like this. Love the lamps. Approve of your bare feet in the bedroom when you were arranging the bed and the room - the only acceptable footwear as a cleaner room equals better chance of deep sleep :)
Thank you! Our home is “No shoes” kind of a home. It helps keep our home cleaner! I like to wear a house slippers but it’s not necessary to be honest. 💗
@@WithLoveSindhu I love the sound of your house. It's very healthy to be barefoot as long as everyone keeps their feet and the floors clean and it feels amazing - house slippers can be useful in the winter but as you say not necessary always. Something quite sacred about being barefoot in my humble opinion.
I'm a guy so I don't paint my toes :) but that's something you can have fun with if you like.

Phoenix is safe, I use it in my routine. Lapis is not as it has ingredients you can’t use during pregnancy. I have my Lapis but don’t use it. I need to check Orchid.
