It would be cool if in the future big screen is able to stream live movies that are in theater while being able to stay home. The only problem is that people can record the video.
@@pbatt4897 dude going in vr is so much better cuz you don’t have to deal with people talking and shit or kids crying because there Parents took them to see a scary movie I literally went to the movies the other day and they forgot to turn off the lights there was a ton of talking and girl literally got up in the middle of the movie to start screaming
Hi, I haven't purchased the viewer yet because I still have some reservations: Would it be possible (with both the Quest 2 and 3) to watch a film without the video window being inserted in a virtual or real environment? It wouldn't do me any good, on the contrary. I would just like to see the window of the movie (or video on UA-cam) full screen with nothing around it and which remains still and does not deform in perspective when I turn my head. I understand that to many it will seem like blasphemy or at least a contradiction, because it is a VR viewer and was created to do that type of work, but I don't care. I'm looking for a good quality standalone headset that is just a headset when I want it. Is it possible, or do I have to move towards another type of device? Thank you. A greeting. Davide.

Good evening, I wanted to know if you have the solution to this problem: if I launch bigscreen through the app downloaded in meta quest 2, I create my room and program a movie, I see it correctly and I hear the audio through the headphones of this 2, this also applies to participants. If I connect the meta quest 2 with air link cable and via oculus launch bigscreen, I program a movie (higher video quality) I hear the sound of the pc and not on the headphones of the quest 2. Obviously participants tell me that the audio is not heard. Do you have the solution? thanks

@@dron3k I think what he meant to ask is if you could stream from a nas (you can btw). I think that you can invite people over when streaming content from a network drive but i'm not sure.
@@laurensholthof do you have plex running in your nas? If so then it's a simple toggling of DLNS in the plex server and it will show up on bigscreen. Regarding if other people would be able to stream from your "room" thoough, i don't have information on that yet.

Yeah you are able to share directly from PC where you create Server with bigscreen app. Public or private.
