I can relate to big sis. I've exiled from US 7 yrs back. Laos Is where our heat is. Keep up the great work and educating the world about Laos. One day we catch up for beer bro
If I’m not wrong, I was watching on Nee Nee UA-cam videos and she was saying the Lao government is granting a permanent visa for for all Lao that left during the Vietnam/US conflict and are living abroad, that includes all their children and grandchildren that were born abroad!
@@JO-tl7rn Subscribe to Neenee Lao Life and watch one of her video she posted about 3 months ago. I think it’s titled “Visa” Living in Laos! She talks about permanent residency visa in the video. One of my older brother, he’s 67, just moved back there in November to retire. He’s doing very well there health wise.
Rest assure, I'm thinking you had made the right choice as I am in the process of getting ready to make that decision soon to retire in Laos. Just think of mental health and the over all well beings of your health will vastly improve significantly. Granted if you can handled the weather and every now and then travelled back to US to renew your driver license etc... I would go Laos and retire and start a business and help the people to provide jobs for them
I am Lao living in the U.S and I am in my 50s currently collecting a lifetime pension $3,300/month. After listening to you guys talking about life in Laos, I am thinking about moving there.
@@LaoLegendsThank you Lao Legends for your advice. I am actually planning to visit Thailand this year before traversing to Laos. I have deeply thought about it and considered retiring to Laos. I don't know yet where I would retire in Laos, but I would travel from city to city then I'll decide. Your channel provides so much useful info. I hate big city, and city traffics, but I do not want to be remotely away from it. I like convenience, so I am thinking about Thakhek and Savannakhet. I really envy you both😊
Hello guys 👋 Good morning from India 🇮🇳. Impressive interview 👏 Can you make a video on Business visa for Laos? I am a interested about business as a businessman. I love Laos because of I am belongs to Buddhist community living in India.
Me too. I'm waiting a few more years for Laos to open up their market to do business. It's mainly Chinese and Korean businessmen there. You can tell by the Chinese and Korean writing on all these banks, restaurants, and hotels.
Oh wow, didn’t know she’s from Ohio also…..would love to meet you guys when I visit Laos . Btw, where in Ohio does she used to live at, I’m in Columbus
Just subscribed to u! Even if ur a Lao national by birth but American citizen, u still consider as a foreigner? Still have to do visa run or report to immigration?
Thanks for subscribing! I'm not sure, but as far as I understand you're whatever passport you hold to the Lao government. You will still need to follow the normal visa rules.
Yes, I think I may need to pin a comment for this post because some may misunderstand what Beverly is saying here. You can not buy land as a foreigner. We can only rent. If someone else buys land for you even if it has your signature or thumb print or whatever it's still in their name as the Lao person and they can do whatever they'd like with it.
ອາດຈະເປັນໄປໄດ້ຢູ່ As I grow my channel I will keep this in mind for speaking with anybody I meet from the US embassy. Would be very cool to see something like this to encourage Lao Americans to come back to the motherland.
I would love to help start like an American Village similar to Russia 🇷🇺 where likeminded folks can come and settle down. Flee this woke commie Liberal nonsense for a more simple Traditional lifestyle

Hey Brother Barry. So difficult is it for foreigners to buy land or property? I’m ready to take my family out of America 🇺🇸

My parents already moved back to Laos in 2018. They were born in Laos. So it's easy for them to move back. The USA is too expensive for them.
Does she have UA-cam channel?
