I have a question. I’ve been trying to understand when and why you choose to use change up vs triplet. It seems like both is useful for Bermuda and have seen you mention it as being in your mixture but I can’t figure out why other times you switch to triplet instead. Is there a set ethos you follow for using them?
I think changeup does a little better job on some tough weeds like yellow woodsorrel. This yeah I used triplet in january. I will probably use change up in April
I’m feeling really lucky that up here in Cincinnati, most lawns are fescue. You will get some other stuff mixed in, but I’m fairly sure that even the most professional guys are treating every lawn, the same regardless of what type of grass it is. In my little town, a lot of the lawns have zoysia, but it’s more of an invasive type species. That stuff is nearly impossible to deal with. I have killed it and replaced still to have it come back. There’s like a month long part of the summer where you can round up the whole lawn, water it back round up it again water it back and do that two or three timesto plant it with seed, but I’ll tell you it’s tough.
If you have a small amount you could also dig it up, and patch it. The Bermuda should fill in quickly! But yeah for a bad infestation what Jason recommended above.
Correct me if I'm wrong but, zoysia sod will work a lot better if rolled out in the spring. Whomever put that sod down did a sloppy job in my opinion. This yard is similar to some of the yards I try to maintain. The difference is a lot of my yards are TTTF which are infested with common bermuda and every weed known to man.
I guess that would depend on the situation. For most of my warm season lawns I am spraying for weeds at a time that they don't really need fertilizer so I typically would not use a product like that
Given the situation in the backyard, what would be the ideal grass type of the three to nurture? It seems that the Bermuda would be the best outcome with a Zoysia front yard, but Centipede/St. Aug is better for the shaded areas
I know this is kinda off the subject but I have notice over the years of treating lawns some people leave their dog poop all over. how do you address this. I stick our company flag in the pile of poop and write them a polite note to please pick it up. Is this unprofessional of me? How do you handle it Jason? Note: a yard I did today was full of dog feces and had kids toys all in the yard too. Its upsetting. Please make a video about this Jason!
I wonder if it would be better to gly the back yard and let the bermuda take over. You've got a mess on tour hands there. The differrent textures are going to look pretty nad in the back....
Thanks for your videos. You're a real smart guy and a diligent workman.
Thank you. I hope to show you a transformed lawn a few months from now

Is there anyway to thicken up Bermuda grass?
Fertilizer and sunlight. Oftentimes it's thin where it's not getting enough sunlight
That last patch of St. Aug was the cherry on top.😅

It’s gonna be a hot year. I just saw well developed crab grass in new centipede sod
The one downside of warm season none of them blend together. Unlike cool season they mostly all can blend with each other
Hey Jason what's your go to for dallisgrass in bermuda during the growing season?
Tribute total and dismiss mixed

Would you recommend a good weed n feed fertilizer for a lawn

My choice would be Zoysia which would do fine in the shaddier areas and also in the Sun
