Can you get Andreas to take over the DACH region, the current sales rep is good but can’t do anything in light of the useless Shimano Europe management. We can’t get any rods and no service. A friend of mine bought an Asquith DH rod which needed a service after 1 week of fishing. This was 10 month ago…. . Shimano still can’t give any date when the service will be completed. To get this right, the rods are on top of their competition, everything else is ruined by Shimano. Service oriented fly shops in Germany have stpped selling G.Loomis rods.
This is thankfulle solved in Denmark! But we are aware that the state of this brand is still bad, in other parts of the world! You can just buy your rods with us, to awoid this problem ;) :)
