If your backing into a dock like that and your trailer is sliding when you touch the brakes. Unhook your service air line from trailer. It will stop your trailer brakes from locking up and sliding. Just go slow and stay off the brakes until close to the dock.
Homeboy thought the “rear axle temp” gauge was for his trailer, and his front axle temp gauge was his steers, and had no idea what his drive axle temps were
Good morning Alex. Stay safe out there. Appreciate your videos. Definitely take deep breaths of clean air. Enjoy nature. Remember it helps to have a hair dryer with extension cords to melt ice I know it sounds funny but it helped me in one situation. Lol. Back track to find your glove. Stay safe. You are in my backyard!!!! I know exactly where you are. lol That's common, I took a load of empty jugs from Nashville to Minneapolis in a snow storm. We were everywhere on those roads. Good to hear you laughing for a change
That’s cool that company allows passengers to get out of truck when delivering and picking up. When rode with hubby years ago I had to stay in the truck, said insurance reasons. Or hubby was lying to me lol.
I drove in the early 90s mostly local hauling heavy equipment for my family. Old trucks no AC I'd probably kept driving with nice rigs like yours. GPS would have been a dream , maps were a pain in the butt. Never drove an automatic but they were around back in the day. First automatic truck I saw was a 1974 Marmon Coe.
I delivered to an Amish store in IA once they had the truck unloaded in 45 minutes with a pallet jack load was 35k lbs Also another one was fertilizer in those big bags had to back up the Amish farmers driveway that only fit a buggy on it and backed up to a storage trailer load was 43k lbs was empty in 1 hour all he had was a pallet jack so why does it take warehouse hours to load or unload with forklifts
Don't listen to your buddy. Keep using the turn signal, please. It definitely helps. I don't understand why he's so obsessed with wanting you to stop using it, when it helps at best and doesn't hurt at worst.
Glad you’re driving and not your friend lol. I hate people who don’t use their turn signals even in parking lots. You should use your signal especially in parking lots since the majority of crashes happen in them. Parking lots are chaotic enough… don’t need to add wondering where people are going to the list of stresses
Maybe one day you'll get to deliver to our company in SW Minnesota, we are located in the middle of a 5,000 acre farm about a mile from any paved roads, lol....

It’s so funny! Your over there saying you don’t fit and I only drive down those type of roads. I had to go like 9 miles down a one vehicle lease road like 20 times in one day to haul out all the separated water in an oil battery.

don't understand how a couple inches of snow stops those trucks. I remember when my dad drove trucks back in the 50s and they had different tires for each season and they kept driving.
Most of these people don't know how to drive in winter conditions. It also takes a lot of patience to drive slowly and carefully, which most people don't have. On top of that, most people don't know how to chain up. There's many other reasons like truck weight. If you're light, you will have traction issues. It only takes 1 person to cause a pill up that you may or may not end up in it.
@@jesusm788 I own 1/2 the company I drive for down here in North Carolina if we get 3 inches of snow they shut the state down. I remember the blizzard of 78, I lived in Mass, 12 years old and we got 3 feet of snow in 24 hours! Ah the good old days!
