    This option worked perfectly for not being able to put weight on my elbow. And I was able to work in a few vinyasas throughout, which felt great. thank you!

    Thank you for another wrist-sensitive practice! Much appreciated. Anyone considering passing this flow by thinking it would be too easy without downward dogs should think again. It was challenging! I plan to do this session over again in hopes of improving my balance which currently stinks!

    After my metacarpal injury in both hands after a nasty fall, I felt miserable the whole week unable to practice yoga. Today, I came across your video for yoga flow for wrist injury and I am so grateful! This practice was just what I needed and I will return to this video for the next 4 weeks till I heal completely.     I broke my wrist and felt really bad and sad especially because I thought I will no longer be able to practice yoga with the same effect as I used to. I am so grateful for your classes that not only allow but also motivate me to deepen my daily practice even with a cast on my forearm ... and I just feel great afterwards. You also awakened my curiosity about tai chi and qi gong; how come I never looked more into that? :) THANK YOU endlessly !

    James, you are awesome. I love your corrections. Lifting the pubic bone really brings strength and stability to my postures. Helps with lower back too. Thank you for that gift. I have tennis elbow from too many chattarrangas. These hands free practices are dynamite. More please!

      Hey Rebecca, oh that's so great to hear! Yep those cues really helped with my lower back issues over the years. Tennis elbow isn't fun, i had it once too. What worked for me was a good period of rest, and then slowly coming back to practice but really paying attention to my shoulder alignment and back muscles in poses like plank and caturanga. RSI wrist injuries in yoga often come from back/shoulder position and stability.

    I just discovered you yesterday and I'm absolutely thrilled - thanks, James! I'm having a tough time right now (cancer treatment and a lot of pain throughout my body). Yoga is like an oasis for me. When I do yoga, I can suddenly move again, the pain regulates... It's almost magical! - But because of CFS and various hand surgeries, I was no longer able to take part in normal yoga classes. I'm so glad I found you!     have been suffering with tennis elbow for a few weeks now and doing some hands free practise, which I was pleased to find as I love my yoga!     This is the first video of yours I have watched and I am a convert already.. recently hurt my wrist and still wanted to keep up my home yoga practice, and pretty much every video oh hands free yoga I have found has either been: a. not truly hands free, or b. gentle stretches and (whilst good) not active and warming. So I just want to say.. thank you very much

    Thank you for this creative yet powerful hands-free flow! Experiencing poses like figure four and twists without the use of the arms was far more challenging than I expected and really activated my core. I will definitely return to this flow while my wrist heals. Namaste :)

    Brilliant James. Do yoga practice every day. Then fell down a mountain and broke my wrist. No downward dog from then! Then I found you and the other wrist free warriors. Your teaching
    style is excellent. I haven’t missed a day since I found yoga with James. A massive thank you.

    Thank you James 🙏 this was a great hands free practice for me with three healing broken fingers and a wrist with badly damaged ligaments 😭 I’ve been missing my power yoga.. and now I can build my strength back up with this very nicely sequenced practice. You are a star ⭐️

    Thank you so much for this class! I love your hands free/wrist free classes because of how you make most of the asanas active instead of passive. Really works with flexibility control and helps to strengthen. I hope you do more but I love them so much! Amazing for active recovery days and for my weakened wrists right now!

      Yay! Thanks Sessy, so happy to hear this. I'll recorded a short wrist mobility and strengthening practice soon. It'll be very gentle, nothing that will tax the wrists too much but a way to keep things moving to help promote healing.

    I have a frozen shoulder and really tight hips and posterior chain. Thank you for making no hands videos. I added them to my “no hands” playlist for soon/later. If you make more I will definitely check them out as it’s quite possible I’ll be here with this shoulder for some time. Subbing to see what’s more to come
