Keeps dey body guessing was how I made huge gains when I bodybuilt . Know all I do is curse under my breath when the body has to do something it’s not used to . Thanks for that Challenge today makes a world of difference... namaste to all!

Thank you so much for showing modifications on Eagle pose. Coming from a background with lots of lifting, it's the bane of my existence as my shoulder range of motion definitely needs work. And I'm nowhere near being able to tuck my toe under my calf. So when instructors casually say "and just cross these and there you go" i'm usually left going. "Yep. Can't even get close." This gave me something I can work on with it.

For sure. It's one of the reasons I love your videos. When people are really good at something already, it's sometimes hard for them to remember the really basic cues that beginners need to really benefit. You're great at throwing those in there.
It's been a big help for me because I came to yoga through fitness workouts (p90x and such) and they often wouldn't take the time for those types of cues. As a result I have a kind of weird mesh where I'm pretty good at some of the harder balance poses, but didn't realize where I was slacking in the more basic aspects of my practice. Your instruction has been great for that. And it's also been a great help for me as someone who approaches fitness from a more...violent background (lots of explosive training. I do some some stuntwork and lots of stage combat).
TL:DR -- Keep up the good work!
Hey Tim, Your new class is strong. I loved all of the core challenges woven in and out of the sequences. The single leg lift in plank is the pose that made all of my back and belly muscles so strong over the years. I comment on this so people don't over-look the benefits of this movement. The lifts look harmless until you do a few...

Hey Tim, I had been following your videos for 8 months and making real progress physically and spiritually. Then life changed and I was living in limbo and homeless for about 3 months. Thankfully things improved now but I am astounded by how much my practice deteriorated in that time.

Hi Tim - good video. Sometimes I get put off when I see 'abs' in the title, but I'm glad I persevered. Sometimes when you say 'add a vinyasa' there isn't enough time to complete it before going on to the next pose. Otherwise - a great start to my day, so thank you!

I could do your classes every single day. No matter how hard, they are always do-able because you don’t rush through like a lot of teachers do. The alignment tips throughout help me a lot because I am prone to doing lazy yoga. I’ll be in the middle of a pose sort of just hanging in it so that one part or my body is supporting another and then you’ll say something regarding alignment and blam, the whole pose wakes up for me and muscles start to quake and quiver and I’m like, yes this is why I do yoga. ☺️

I really enjoyed this flow. Very different, I've never flowed through one like this. It seems a little bit like you're functional movement is merging with the yoga series in an almost transparent fashion. Will be put in with my favourites.

oh dear. I was very tired this morning, having woken too early this morning. I just wanted something a bit gentle and relaxing and I thought I'd give this a go. This was SOOO not gentle. This was brutal. Push-up city. I persevered though. and I'm glad I did.

Tim, thank you so much for your videos! 🙏🏻 For the past two years, I have been practising yoga on a more or less regular basis, Yoga With Tim soon becoming my go-to channel. I for one would love to see more extensive final meditations, at least 5 minutes or more. Maybe with some guided breathing exercises every now and then.

I absolutely love Total Body Yoga with Core strength because it really does help my lower back pain from the arthritis that is trying to take over. I won't let it and I'm determined to stay in shape as it makes me feel better and clear minded. Please do more of these challenges with your own variations. I love all your challenges! I still can't balance on my elbows yet but I know that will come with time. I'm also honestly afraid to attempt it without supervision because I'm not the most coordinated person and feel like I'm going to fall on my face...lol. Maybe one of these days, I'll see if my daughter can help me out. I look forward to your next post and may you have a great week ahead! Namaste!

Holy ab sequence! The whole video was so great but that ending was killer; my daughter asked me if I was ok because she could hear me grunting from the other room...so ya, lots of noises here too. LOL.
