@@mitch5222there is no "true essence", even this concept is nonsense. we are not all connected, truth, but there is no true essence either, or "one essence"
It would be beatiful to think like you, but unfortunately when I go into my consciousness I feel only pain and from the pandemy times I completely isolated from the whole world, I've only my parents. It's an hard life, but I feel a little bit good in listening clips like those, thanks.
Thankyou Knowe for sharing 💖💖 What do we mean when we say that we are 'everything'? I know that I am not limited to body, it seems to be that I am unlimited. But why do I still believe myself to be separate? I look at another person and they appear to have an existance independently from me. I don't umderstand how me as awareness can be unseparated from everything else
I realized this too but now knowing that feels like everything falls apart, like it s not like in the past, the familiar old way of seeing things is gone and this too much awarness feels overwelming, any tips?
In Buddhism it is taught that we are actually far more than even awareness/consciousness. Here is an excerpt from The Heart Sutra where everything up to and including consciousness is negated. "Therefore, in emptiness no form, no feelings, perceptions, impulses, consciousness. No eyes, no ears, no nose, no tongue, no body, no mind; no color, no sound, no smell, no taste, no touch, no object of mind; no realm of eyes and so forth until no realm of mind consciousness" Isn't this different from what you are saying?
@@reconon Sorry, but it IS taught; "no world of mind consciousness". I didn't write the Heart Sutra. Advaita and Buddhism are different, although I find both interesting. Also, I just asked a question, there is no need to be nasty. Peace out.
@KigenEkeson it isn't, cope, I know it must be horrible being yoúrself, but you can deal with that, it isn't that bad after all, you can meditate and go within.

Rumi was a religious islamist. Why do you assume cherry-picked analogies are valid? Especially from a religious person with extremist biased views? can we stop with skipping english grammar? you can CONNECT with the universe, as in you can find a deep meaning and try to find a connection. Quit with this "YOU ARE". This is nonsense. What's with this obsession with telling this lie and confuse subject/object (english) to people? like stop, dude, be truthful, tell truths, whether they make you umcomfortable or not, it's irrelevant, you're misguiding.
This idea that we are God or the universe is the epitome of human pride We are weak creatures doing every day stuff to survive If you were the creator of your reality you could do anything you want "oh but its the higher self".. blah blah blah😂
Nonsense. Even if humans were some puzzle part of the universe (they aren't), that still would make humans, humans, not "universe". A part is not the whole. Go back to school.
“You are the universe” (an infinite self as awareness/consciousness) -replaces the former limited self of mind/body. Both are empty. Both are created by the thinking mind. Both are imaginary. Your ego, free from the constraints of being a limited person-basks in now becoming “the universe.” Bliss is the ego’s exaltation. The pain of enlightenment is the pain of this recognition: you never were anything at all, since there was never a “you” to possess characteristics. What you “are” (versus are not) is a dualistic question that embeds delusion: there is no you that can “be” anything whatsoever. All of this is thinking, and as you know, thinking is delusion. In before-thinking mind, there is no you, no me, no mountain, no universe. And yet to say these do not exist would be wrong-an attachment to emptiness. Red comes, red goes. White comes, white goes. Attached to no thoughts, only “just this” is given the name “enlightenment.” Then the chair, the tree, the bird, and the mountain are enlightenment and are your teachers. Thinking is enlightenment; suffering is enlightenment. To put it all down is to only keep before-thinking mind and to attach to nothing at all. Then you will find freedom. Is what I’m saying the truth? If you say yes, this is delusion. But if you say no, this is also delusion. What can you do? ❤
Claiming 'universe' is the same as 'awareness' or made up 'infinite self' is straight-up nonsense. Awareness is just being conscious of stuff-your thoughts, your surroundings. The universe? A massive, indifferent collection of stars, planets, and galaxies. They’re not remotely the same. And 'infinite self'? Pure made-up fluff. There’s nothing infinite about the concept of self; it's finite. Your crap is just fake-deep jargon designed to sound profound but means nothing. Crystal-shop philosophy.
'There is no you that can be anything whatsoever,' declares the self-appointed guru, who ironically spends all his time telling 'you' how to think, act, and perceive the world. Even calling this clown a clown feels like an insult to actual clowns.

Higher levels of awareness take time to integrate within one's system which can feel quite hectic. Just gotta wait it out patiently ✨️

You always pick such nice places, too, what place do you live at?
