I'm learning to stay connected to body and allow my heart to elad me instead of the head, ego and I wants or I thinks. It is absolutely transformative. My mind and body is still yet I feel my heart enjoying all the life around me, in me and the present moment, after present moment! Dr Aimie Aipigan and Gabor teach more in this direction- the how to stay present, stay in body, watch the heart and settle to feel, fell and love those feelings.

You are the light of the world. That's the last thing he said in this video. You don't hear that too often. I love it. I've read most of his books but I'm finding that these videos give me a much better way to put awareness into my life. He showed me with the flower, the glass of water, the room. Three examples of how to be present with tips to not stay in a thought, let the thought go. Then asks if I'm aware of the awareness in me. Then I started to try and sense this as I'm watching the video as he asks it. I need to practice sensing this awareness instead of all the other things I've been practicing. Why have I not been watching these videos all along? No idea. My ego probably doesn't approve. lol.

You were never separate from the Universe...it is a matter of seeing through the delusion of separation and seeing that which has always been the case. The disconnection is a figment of imagination and thought.

Yes, i have experienced it a couple of times. Awareness being aware of itself Me looking through my eyes smiling next to my head feeling immerse love and joy. Connected to everything and functioning on intuition. Crazy awesome experience but somehow i cant sustain it.

It is not Kama, it is Karma yoga
Kama means sense pleasure. Karma is action.
When Eckhart explained the real meaning of gratitude, it reminded me of what some Christian friends told me about the term, "fear of God." It doesnt mean to be afraid of God, but rather to observe God's creation and have a sense of awe and wonder for it, like we all did when we were children.
I don't get that at all, personally I think that's just rehashing of a nasty Christian message of fear in order to gain control over peoples emotions and dressing it up as misunderstanding that was really well meaning. Much better to honestly hold their hands and say that message was both cruel and very wrong and we no longer use that message. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I liked his proposal to replace gratitude by appreciation. I am feeling it the same way: it becomes stress to feel obliged to say "thank you" for everything, because we think we have to and the comparison with others creates separation.
Whereas appreciation is more inclusive, it arises from the presence and not from the ego mind.
Maybe one day we will realize that gratefulness is our natural state of being. Then it is because we ARE it. ❤ I am very grateful for his precious teachings that bring peace and calm 🙏🏻💖🕊

Thank you, Eckhart. I can get consumed with this feeling of desperation and panic while pursuing goals at work. I think once I get that done, I’ll be a valuable person. But it’s the presence and wise choices each day that can really show the quality of my work.
This was really good until it went on too far, stumbling in and on make-believe fairytale religious characters and fictional religious doctrine. Have to stop confusing religious stories with the reality of what is.
We are not God. The universe is not God. God pre-exists creation. But we can share in His divine life in heaven. IF we follow Christ.

Jesus is like the tree and we are the tree branches . If we don’t feed our souls about Christ and humbling youself then you can become like a dried branch . If you repent from your sins and believing Christ as your savior , and trust GOd and believing in Holy Spirit and they will grant a pathways to heavens , blessing and protecting form evil . Great teaching to last forever as long as being is perceived.
Eckhart's description of how he perceives God is the same way I perceive it, but this is the first time I've really heard someone express it in a way that concurs with my perception.
I remember reading, can't remember who wrote it - Who we really are, and the Present moment (now ) are one and the same. Also, Who we really are, is all we ever wanted to be.
I love you're teachings, they have helped me so much on my spiritual journey and I too sense God in the same way, I hadn't heard anyone else say it until I watched the video tonight thank you so much for your teachings i know they are helping me in so many ways and I hope they help others as much as they have helped me.
