I’m trying the B.R.A.T diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast) I’m seeing small improvements so far but if you try this you gotta eat healthier stay away from greasy foods and things of that nature, also drink plenty of water, you can also go to your local vitamins store and get something for your colon. I’m not saying this is a quick way to fix everything it doesn’t work like that. Eat healthier, eat more fruits and vegetables and you should be good. 👍🏾

Ardiano Inocencio You could have constipation. Just a mild one though. Because when the stool has been there for a long time some more stool will build up around it and when you go for a poo it will come out with it. Possibly mildly constipation. I had the same once you're not the only one.

I’ve been having type 7 for 3 weeks now; it’s painful, I’m going almost 7 times during work and maybe 3-5 at home. Can anyone answer as to why this is? It’s driving me insane and it hurts so bad sometimes that I almost can’t work. Heavy activities make it happen, and I even changed my diet before I even had this problem.

For me its a type 7, but I only get when i drink water, i thought it was from what i was eating but even on an empty stomach and fasted for over 12 hours anytime i drink over 2 cups of water back to back i get the runs.
