Yeah, that was the only part that bugged me. They wouldn't film the whole show at once without taking breaks, and at the first break one of the chaperones would have tried to talk to Cindy to see if she could continue. And if not, they would have had alternate students available to take her place. I always thought this would have been a better episode if Bobby had been chosen as an alternate, and then when Cindy couldn't continue, refused to take her place and suggested someone else do so, so he wouldn't hurt his sister's feelings.

When any of the Brady kids got a notion in their head they just forged ahead regardless of consequences. And then the parents - or their siblings - had to bring them back to normalcy.
Look at Marcia and Jan’s hair; OMG!! I remember my hair being down to my butt in middle school!! Whoa😳 Marcia and Jan’s dresses are so far out. ℹ actually would totally wear Marcia’s dress, NOW!! Spoiler: After all this ego trip, when they got the kids seated and the camera went on, Cindy froze and wasn't able to answer any questions. Just sat there staring at the camera.
Robert Reed said it is awkward to refer to the movies in a movie. He argued that when he refused to allow his character to say, "I don't know a thing about acting."
@@nassauguy48 I agree.. Cindy earned the right to have ego, she did well enough to get on the show.. this episode is funny because a lot of adults if they got the chance to be on tv would act like Cindy hahah.

I don't know why Cindy asked her siblings if they wanted to go to the studio with her. From the looks of it, only the parents were in that little group, so each kid probably received only two tickets.
Cindy acted totally ridiculous after she won the spot for the quiz show. If I was Carol, I would have said this to her: “You need to get a better attitude young lady, or you’re going to find yourself not going on that show at all.”
No that was a different episode when she was reading Marcia's diary. Marcia decided to teach her a lesson and wrote that a talent scout was looking for a new Shirley Temple and thought Cindy would be perfect.
The Lassie character is a girl (lassie not laddie) but she was usually played by a male dog, who have thicker coast than females. The Lassie character had puppies several times during the series.
The first Lassie was a female, but then males were cast because they apparently shed less. That is why Bette Davis said "Joan Crawford has slept with every male star except Lassie!"
