    Hi. That's a big difference in range of motion between the 25th squat and all the previous repetitions. I haven't watched all the other 20 days, so IDK if all of this is intentional. I hope it's all going well for you.

      I always lower it slow and deep on the last rep bc it unloads the weight when I hit max depth. You can’t really go full depth during your working reps bc it will start to unload the weight at the bottom. If I wanted to do a depth focused workout I’d change the settings . Plus the machine shows me the depth on each rep which is cool for feedback on form and consistency
