With my keen eyes, I saw that it still contained infinite power, so I brought this machine and breathed new life into it. Embark on a journey of restoration as I delve into the process of meticulously repairing and restoring the heart of the machine that is the diesel engine. Our expert technicians disassemble each part, evaluate and resolve internal coil problems, meticulously detangle, rebuild motors, and repair damaged coils. Through precise rewinding techniques, we ensure the electrical coil is restored to optimal performance, enhancing the generator's overall performance. Надоел цвет - помыл автомобильной мойкой, краска вместе с грунтовкой слезла до металла - высушил, обезжирил, загрунтовал и перекрасил. Производитель делает всё для покупателей своего оборудования !!!
А то, что данное покрытие не защищает детали от отрицательных внешних воздействий - пустяки, дело-то житейское...

Immensely rusted over time? I didn't see that. It was heavily polluted and it was an accumulation of dirt. I'm thinking of sawdust myself. This is not a hopeless restoration because there were no parts that had deteriorated due to rust and even all the bolts were easy to loosen. But despite that, it is a fine piece of tinkering.

@@RestorationGeniusVN I will certainly do that. As a hobby, I try to restore old tube electronics such as radios and amplifiers to a working condition and preferably as original as possible. This is not for 100% possible because the original parts are either not for sale or have deteriorated due to age so that they are unusable. Thanks to the tips and tricks that can be found on UA-cam, the restoration is getting better and better. I'm glad people of your abilities are taking the time and effort to document the process.

- Wastewater treatment through trash screens: This is the first trash filtration process that any wastewater treatment system needs to remove impurities such as plastic bags, paper, packaging, tree bark, etc.
- Wastewater treatment through collection tank: After the waste is coarsely filtered through the garbage screen, it will be brought to the collection tank through a wastewater pump. Here people will use a meter to measure the input flow of wastewater.
- Oil and grease separation tank: This is the step where the oil scum in the wastewater will be separated and sent to the oil storage tank.
- Filtering through the equalization tank: This step is used to prevent sedimentation in wastewater through 2 continuous submerged mixers.
- Wastewater treatment through SBR tank: In this stage, wastewater will be treated through water supply, aeration and sedimentation to produce clear water.
- Treatment through disinfection tank: Before clear water is discharged into the receiving source, chemicals and gravity will be disinfected to ensure safety and water quality meets standards.
- Sludge tank: The remaining sludge after completing the above steps will be put into the sludge tank for treatment. It can be buried, used as fertilizer or circulated back to the equalization tank if it does not meet the requirements.

But all you did was clean and paint it. what about re-machining. I never saw you check tolerances, clearances, or replace any old parts with new. you just took it apart, painted it, and called it repaired. Its just cleaned and painted. you did no repairs!
