I have MEO fibre which is fine for me at around 100 Mbps... I'm actually almost certain that it's much faster but my router throttles it at 100 as I've had that for many years... like you, anything above 20 Mbps is enough for me... what is very important for me is upload speed as I teach over Zoom! and sometimes host games for multiple students... MEO gives me around 80 Mbps and I'm aware that Starlink is not so good on upload... that may have changed? Anyway, what I'm waiting for is mobile Starlink... ideally combined with Musk's smartphone... who knows how far away that is... great video.
No fibre in my area sadly. I would not have gone for Starlink if fibre was available. However, the constant freezing just got too much for me with MEO. Thanks for the input.
@@thecryptostrategist2433 I wanted for my parents that live in Portugal in a remote place with no mobile connection. I live in the UK so I need to find out the best way to setup the CC for my UK credit card.
Anyone else have experience with Starlink in Portugal? Good or bad, let me know!
Another informative video. Glad you are happy with the choice you made.
Happy so far for sure.
Great video. We just got MEO fiber and it is OK. Never really consider Starlink due to the price.
If I could get the MEO fiber option, I would probably stick with MEO.
Thanks for the review. It seems like a viable alternative, just a bit on the pricey side.
Not cheap, for sure. However, it keeps the wife happy.

Well explained!
Thanks for the comment. I do try!
What is the monthly cost ?
40 Euro per month. It is worth it for me. There is no DD option, only credit cards.
