Layers elevated above 90° remove thickness/weight from the bottom. If you want fullness at the bottom, do graduated layers (elevate to 45°). Otherwise, shorten the length at the bottom to get rid of some of the wispiness 🙃

ok I did this yesterday way less
complicated and my hair is very long. just used the ponytail method and then fringe correction
