- මට අද වෙනකොට සති 39ක් වෙනවා. ඉතින් අපේ චුටි දුව එන්න ගොඩක් ලගයි.. ඉවසිල්ලක් නැතුව ඉන්නේ... ඒවගේම හොස්පිටල් යන්න කලින් ඔයාලා ගොඩක් අය මගෙන් ඉල්ලුව විඩීයෝ එකක් දාන්න ඕනේ කියලා හිතුනා..
ඒවගේම ලන්කා හොස්පිටල් එකෙන් මට ලැබුන ලිස්ට් එකත් විඩීයෝ එකේ දාලා තියනවා සහ ඒක ඩවුන්ලෝඩ් කටගන්න ඕනේ නම්, මගේ ෆේස්බූක් පේජ් එකේ තියනවා ලිස්ට් එක දාලා. ඕන වෙන අම්මා කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවනම් පහල ලින්ක් එකෙන් ගන්න පුලුවන් පේජ් එකට ගිහිල්ලා..

My VOG Doctor was also a Dr.Vijith and stayed in Lanka Hospital. It’s better if you could bring small bowl to put warm water in case you want to wet the cotton balls. Also they might asked soap to wash your baby.

Nangi take more Nappies, Baby shirts, blankets in anther bag & leave in the car without taking inside the hospital. Incase you want more your husband can take it. Also take some bags to put the dirty cloths. Specially take 3 separate bags for little angels wee wee nappies, stools nappies & other cloths. At home also use 3 separate baskets, That will make washing much easier. You have to put baby soap & wash out stool nappies & wee wee nappies before put it to washing liquid. I have two little ones 7 & 3 1/2. Take Care & all the very best. May god bless you! Love you!

Take more baby wrap clothes/ blankets, bcz each time she pees blankets will get wet and you will have to change. Also each time before using diapers use a nappy rash cream, although hospitals will not advise to use diapers at the beginning as you have to monitor her pee and poop
@@chamarideegodagamage hi and also take a feeding pillow (elegant smokers one is really good) it will be very useful each time you feed her. Try not to wear any bras at the beginning when you feed, cuz skin to skin connection is very important for milk to flow and even at home if you can try to be free of any bras while feeding as it can create blocked milk ducts leading to breast engorgement. Take a bolster pillow too so you can keep her on side whenever her burps doesn’t pass. Try to use cotton balls as much as possible, if using wet wipes use ones that doesn’t have any fragrance (velona bamboo)
