When that congress government rule ended in 1939 Muslim celebrated it with "Yom Nejat" on Quide Azam order, and on 1940 they passed Qarardad-e-Pakistan. Congress government was doing the same brutalities which Modi is doing to Indian and Kashmir Muslims today.
Brigadier M. P. Bajwa was the name of the Army officer who returned Captain Sher Khan body with military honour.
