@@Kwidge- Sort of. It's a thing they do in the anime Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, which is about a legacy of musclebound fops who fight vampires with the power of breathing exercises and their imaginary friends. Whenever a new character is introduced, they have a titlecard with all their information.

I have never played DST but I really like watching your videos on characters and tips and tricks even if I have no use for them. I just love the look and playstyle of the game.
Why are Willow players always insane on public servers? They literally gain sanity by burning sh*t, and they've been doing that all game.

Cause you can only activate Bernie when insane. Time to eat mushrooms to lower sanity. I hope you got a Maxwell main, cause the Nightmare fuel is about to flow.

They got bernie for combat, easy sanity from fire, and a easy to craft light and cooking item
She's also good for the long term. With her lighter cooking on the go can result in actually living, and despite the fact that she freezes easier, one tree later and all that cold-ness is gone (along with a small forest) and she overheats way less, meaning all you need to live is a breezy fan. And if you do go mad, just call upon your teddy bear-shaped stand, freshly made from the boiler room of hell to whack any terrorbeak into submission.

I'm not sure if it mentioned her actual age but it never revealed when she came to the constant. She's probably older than in her origin story. She probably just became a pyro maniac at that age was taken to the constant years later
