Really love your workouts, Olivia! The movements are so unique and the music is so good. You also keep the workouts interesting. I come from a heavy weightlifting background. I used to be a hiit fitness instructor and bodybuilder… now in my 40’s with a couple of injuries, I have to take it light. Younger ladies, this is the way to go. Gentler, yet effective movements. I damaged my body a lot by being too hard on my joints while I was younger. Take care of your body and it’ll take care of you. ❤
I totally advocate for gentle consistency. And you are absolutely right. I am only in my 30s but 3 pregnancies really changed my outlook on fitness and I no longer indulge in heavy HIIT sessions. It wasn’t doing my body and good. I think people often presume that just because you do dumbbell workouts you need to go hard and heavy but that’s not always the case. Thank you

Cardio burns calories, but strength training burns calories all day as well as making our bones stronger and even possibly make us live longer according to the most recent studies.

I LOVE, LOVE Standing weight workouts so thank you, Olivia❤❤❤❤❤❤ I love doing your sessions "on repeat" as I am familiar with the moves and can do them more effectively round #2. This is most definitely one of my favorites, it is a gem of a workout❤ Arms and Abs, NO PLANKS (my least favorite move next to burpees) or push-ups and BOTH arms and abs are worked hard!💪 Your routines are so creative, always different and full of variety. I don't know how you do it but I am SO grateful you share your gift with us!!! You're AWESOME!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
