Listening to Satisfied without Helpless is a crime 😂 also I died laughing on "Right, they're married" 😂😂😂 my guy, that was king of England singing about America 🤣 good reaction!
@@mangacraz00kinda hard to get all the lyrics on the first listen, specifically if you’re not reading the lyrics…. But pretty funny how wrong he got it
Misses the “send a fully armed battalion” so he was unprepared for the “k*Ll your friends and family” line. Kinda created the best moment in the reaction.
@@SamuryeJack YESSS the other songs are amazing, believe it or not, I actually really love the second song "Aaron Burr, Sir" which fades into the third song "My Shot". All the other songs are amazing! These are just some of my favorites, surprisingly at the start of the musical :)
Spoilers/ context for The song satisfied ??? The song is about two sisters both deeply in love with Alexzander Hamilton. The eldest sister, Angelica spotted him first and went to talk to him and they danced together. Until Angelica brought Alexzander to meet her younger sister, Eliza. And when she saw Eliza’s Face she knew she was “Helpless” as in helplessly in love with him at first sight. And so Angelica backed off and let Eliza have him and then Eliza and Alexzander got married. Which is this song because Angelica is a bridesmaid for Eliza and she is saying i hope you guys are satisfied because I never will be.
@@battenentertainment2452 lol I didn’t notice my friends name is spelled like that whoops, and I type his name all the time so if my keyboard just autocorrects to that now ig
Lol I get why the misunderstanding out of context but king George the 3rd is the one who sings you’ll be back and he talk about him and America as if they arecouple and he’s like a really really obsessive ex boyfriend 🤣🤣🤣🤣
i remember listening to Satisfied without any context when i was like 13 with all these animatics from other fandoms with doomed romance and just crying video after video without even knowing the characters ahhahahah
This musical is almost fully sung through. The dialog that tells the story of Hamilton's life and his role in the founding of America is all in the lyrics of the songs. It's like you are reading 3 random chapters from a 700 page book. At least the first song you played was the first one in the musical.
@SamuryeJack Yes its really good. I hope you'll go back and either listen to the cast album or watch the film of the stage production so you get the story, and the way the music represents the different characters and the drama of it all. ✌🏽♥️😢
No joke, my little brother was OBSESSED with this musical for months. I've practically memorized all the songs because he listened to them on Disney+ after school to his bedtime. (He was in 5th grade at the time.)
This is probably my favorite broadway musical my favorite song has to be guns and ships you have to watch it it’s such an amazing rollercoaster of emotions!
LOL Bless ya, but that reaction to the third song was hilarious, because with only listening to three songs, you had no context for who the singer was and what they were singing about. 🤣The character singing is King George III, and he's talking about the Colonies, who just sent him their Declaration of Independence.
Loved the reaction, i’d love to see the reaction to the full musical. The songs in hamilton tell a story, so listening to them in chronological order makes more sense
Probably not an absolut fan favourite but I personally really like „Stay Alive (Reprise)“. It would probably make most sense coupled with „Blow Us All Away“ (which is also one of my favourites) before it and „It’s Quiet Uptown“ afterwards. The three songs kind of belong together. „It’s Quiet Uptown“ is actually a really popular song from the musical. (But just like with the others, I feel like it makes more sense coupled with the two songs before that).

The war really was just one massive breakup
Lol i really thought it was about marriage!
Winter’s Ball, Helpless & than Satisfied if you watch it are needed for Satisfied to really hit.
@@SamuryeJack different songs are sung in different styles. King George sings British Invasion-era pop. A love song/break-up song.
NONSTOP
WAIT FOR IT
I recommend listening to it in order though!! It tells a story and will make so much more sense!
Ok for sure !
“He got her at the end guys” I don’t think u understood the song at all lol
That was literally me the whole time when he was saying that I feel like he should have heard helpless first before this one hahaha
sooo funny
Fr cuz no he did not 😭
Like it pretty explicitly states ‘he’s getting married to my sister and I was the one who introduced them’

“You’ll be back” isn’t Hamilton it’s King George 😅

Guns & Ships…..
All I’m going to say.
Lol all songs misunderstood 😂 meet to watch in order with context, preferably the live on Disney Plus 😆
Ten Duel Commandments and one that didn't make the line up, Congratulations
You have to watch it and do the songs in order to get the context of the musical.
Aw man! Spoilers!
You should been warned not to listen to ‘Satisfied’ without“Helpless”…!
❤
Thank you sam!
