Started using your door knocking strategy’s my first month in roofing sales. Just finished my second month and was the top salesman for my company. I did $308,000 in sales in December and made over $40k in my pocket! Thanks so much! It’s only Up from here!!!💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥
😍💰🙌💪 DUDE!! CONGRATULATIONS! I am so pumped for you man. You deserve it, Lucas. Most importantly, kudos to putting in the work and following the strategy. Test it for yourself - adapt to your style - crush it. May this be the best of year of your life!
That is amazing, I am just now starting my career in sales for roofing as well, I am eager to learn and figure it out! Have experience in construction and door to door already, time to work!
Dude! I'm 15 and decided to implement your open ended question strategy to my mobile detailing business. We literally just started door knocking yesterday. We got way more conversations with knocking on our neighbors doors and saying "(introduction) we live a couple houses down the road over there and were wondering when was the last time you got your car detailed" and then from there ask them if they want their car detailed instead of just asking them "(introduction) do you want your car detailed". Thanks so much for this video, it really helped me build better connections with potential customers. I'm gonna watch your "not interested" video next :D
Bravo my dude! You'll never believe this... my first business I started at age 16 was a mobile car detailing business. But at that point in my life I never thought about selling jobs door to door. KUDOS my dude. That is absolutely awesome. Thanks for taking the time to comment and share how these strategies can be applied to dang-near any business! I love hearing the stories! Keep it up :)
@@TheRoofStrategist You did detailing too?!?! Seems like you've done it all man, haha. Thank YOU for the video. Did our first customers car on Sunday. The journey begins :-) Also, would be great if you explained how the business went.
@@abeltatek8645 I sure. Started the business at age 16. Worked out of my Ford Focus hatchback. Awesome to see you knocking doors and landing deals for it!
@IsaiasGarcia-k5q dude, thanks so much for asking since i completely forgot i made this comment. After that comment was made, we ran the business for around 1.5 more years. We grossed a little over 15k, had a very established website with a nice google business page that had over 40 5-star reviews. I graduated high school, got a full ride scholarship to a couple schools (and the main reason I got these scholarships were the fact that I had the business on my resume and had so many lessons/experiences from the biz to draw upon in interviews!). I just started classes today as a college freshman! I highly recommend you dip your toes in entrepreneurship. Its truly one of the most fun (and stressful, lol) things you can do. I have zero regrets, and I'd do the business all over again in a heartbeat.
i have been working the same career for about 12 yrs. (millwright, and tech, dealing with outside vendors and shops for work and material) ever since i graduated highschool. i just applied to a couple companies who do these roofing inspections/quotes. im excited but nervous at the same time. i really feel like im a good candidate for this line of work. im just ready for change and watching your videos have given me a little insight on what to expect as well as the motivation to get out there. i hope i can get into this and start a new journey.

Hey Adam, I've been in this business for only 2 months and I like it. I want to thank you, your videos are just what I've been looking for. You touch on all the worries that I have, and make them feel relatable. My only issue is, I live in FL and apperantly there was a new legislature last year in the favor of insurances that made it illegal for us to mention anything about the insurance process prior to the inspection. We've been able to work our way around it, but I was wondering if you had any tips on a good pitch without having to talk about insurances.
Super glad to have you here!! Welcome to the industry and the channel. The aspect of the bill you are mentioning was overturned with an injunction as it was found to be a violation of the 1st amendment rights. Watch this: ua-cam.com/video/XBzeIucw3Wc/v-deo.html
Another great tip is For the homeowners that are completely not interested and say they aren’t right off the bat just simply ask them why aren’t you interested your neighbor Bobby wasn’t necessarily interested either until he trusted the process and got a full roof replacement. In short simply ask why aren’t they interested
