I have coached for 30 years (not goalies) and had never seen the slider drill before and just saw two videos in the last 5 minutes with it...
what type of sliders do you use?

During the offseason - how many days a week should power and strength exercises like this be done? 4+? I try and stretch every day.
We like a minimum of 3x week, and then add in mobility/conditioning on top of that. If you're lifting heavy and getting explosive need time for nervous system recovery and with most goalies skating to, we find 3x is the sweet spot.

We'd recommend mixing these in as often as possible - go through the entire sequence and then do some strength work after!
Where do you sell a slider for sliding on your knee?
we don't sell them - but you can find them on Amazon pretty affordably - just looking up "exercise sliders".
