As a Hobonichi and ink lover, I thought this video was so fun! Never thought to match ink to the page month colors, but now have new goals for one of my too many Hobonichis! Thank you for listing all the colors and best matches in the notes. I love your videos.
You are so welcome Debra!! Switching all the inks was a labor of love but SO worth it haha. I have a reference forever now (or as long as UA-cam exists hehe)
I love this. I'd like to see what people come up with for dupes for the tombow brush pens in the pastel pack as well as the lightest grey. I've seen people refill mildliners with fountain pen ink and it's such a cool idea.
Wow! Thank you for putting so much work into this. It makes me realize how many inks are out there - I think I have a lot, but I don’t have very many of the ones here. You’ve given me lots of ideas!
😭💖 Thank you! This video was a big one haha. I couldn't believe how many inks I had that possibly matched, and to know that there are even more out there is amazing!

こんにちはロブ!I had to use translate (still learning the basics haha) The tabs are from my stationery shop 😊 I have some that match the Cousin colors too! mydandeliondiaries.com/products/mini-planner-tabs-new-colors?variant=49657444729151
@@mydandeliondiaries That's ok. I still have to use translate. I am at the point where I try to get the main words (Subkect, object, verb) and try to get the particles filled in. Then I go to several translators (google translate is not the best) and then put it together. If all else fails, I ask my sensai who sometimes come up with a totally different sentence.
Do you have any inks that you've matched to the colors in the Hobonichi Techos? Feel free to share them below!
