With the latest release of Creative Cloud, users can now add and replace media elements using the Essential Graphics panel. Replace the media in After Effects via Essential Properties, and Premiere Pro via the Essential Graphics panel when working with a MOGRT.

I am trying to create a mogrt that automatically scales and changes the position of videos in the timeline beneath it, But it sounds like I need to use Media replacement instead.

Thanks fo the tutorial, I really need some help, I'm wondering why even tho I changed the image in essential graphics panel, It still didn't change in the composition. I kept on dragging otherimages but it still didnt change.

Does the Pan Behind tool (Y) not let you shift the images inside the marker without having to double-click it?

Hey dude, how would I annotate a google earth studio video with speech marks hovering over a set location (basically describing an event that happened in a set location and then moving on to a new location for a new event description) Is Adobe After Affects the way to do this with Earth Studio videos? Hey Abraham. I didn't add a color control to the MOGRT, so unfortunately you can't change the color. You can add that manually in the AE project though!
Premiere pro 2020 v.14 wont allow me to change pictures on mogrts files. i can only edit some text files.
Update Premiere. It's not available in that version.
Thanks for the tutorial! I'm wondering why my comps don't have the "essential properties" in the dropdown, only transform. Also, when trying to use media replacements it gives me an error saying "This Motion Graphics Template requires dynamic link, which does not support Media Replacement controls. Please remove media replacement controls or ensure that dynamic link is not required." Not sure if you ran into this issue or if you have any clue how to address it. Would really appreciate it if you could help me out. Thanks again!
Just figured it out! For anybody migrating from previous versions of AE, make sure to change the 3D renderer in the composition settings to default, and not C4D. I had to make sure every single comp and precomp being used in the template was using the default 3D renderer and this fixed my issue.

Sir i have a very basic doubt how did you make this image placeholder comp so that when you dropped the image above the red shape layer....image only covered the shape area like track matte but when i am doing the same image doesn't take the shape of background shape layer for that i have to apply track matte then only i get this result ...plz help

@@sampawria I figured it out as well. it was because my layer converting to luma was set to be a guide layer
