This looks amazing, I will definitely try it. I only wish you had scraped down the pan whilst cooking the pasta and sauce. All that wasted flavour up the sides nearly made me cry!!
i always make shimp broth after having a shrimp boil, i dont use an immersion blender instead i squeeze the living daylights out of the shrimp heads with a potato masher right in the pot and then strain.
