    In my house the best indicator of tastiness is the little dance after tasting. This looks delicious, will definitely try this soon.

    I can imagine having a small spoon to spoon the sauce over the opening of the rolls to get some of the bits of the sauce with each bite. I'm a fan of getting each morsel of a sauce because they're often powerful sources of the sauce, and spicy/vinegar cleanses a palette including the medicinal benefits of each ingredient in that sauce.

    This looks really fun, thank you for sharing!
    I have another use now for the jar of Tare in the fridge and it looks like a banger of a sauce, going to toss in some fresh chopped Thai chiles and a dash of powdered too, I'm thinking

    Is it chard or collards? Kinda looked more like collards to me.

      He does call them chard too later so it's a valid question. I do believe he meant collards though.
