Does this boiler alleviate the need for an external zone valve/circulator pump controller? All of the thermostats wire directly into the boiler for each discrete zone?
Great work! Curious why you don't use Webstone press rotator isolation flanges instead of the threaded Taco? How does the rod hold up when the panel is vertical and the system full of water. I've always used strut, the biggest problem being you have to work your layout in a single plane, not always easiily done! I see you use mixing valves alot, ever tried a mixing bridge? The Taco VT 2218 you like to use would be awesome for that application.
In an effort to become more energy efficient I am going to retired my old oil fired boiler with 6 zones to baseboard. The new design includes Navien NCB-250/150H and a staple up floor heat system on one manifold with a 007 circulator along with a new 6 zone manifold feeding existing baseboard with a second 007 circulator with a Taco ZVC controller. I am doing some research to be sure that each system circulator energizes independently from one to the other. With what I have described, what is the best design for an independent system circulator control to this combi boiler? Thanks for your time.
Beautiful work👌

Correct! Up to 3 zones can be controlled. You can choose between 3 individual circulators or a single circulator with 3 zone valves.

I do use them time to time but mainly because the Taco flanges have a large end where I can support the pumps by using a conduit clamp.
can I see a build using the thermostat terminal block install? also, have you done a build where the customer can use wireless thermostats?
To Jim, Which video is the piping?
Where is the tt terminal on this boiler ? where you would connect the relay
@@mike270 The TT terminals are the zone 3 thermostat connection. The manual shows this detail.

Use 0015E3 circulators instead of 007. The navien can control 3 zones no need for additional controls.
Hi, what pump you recommend on 190/80 one zone infloor system. Thanks
