Nice Work!
Jim designed my retrofit radiant system. His attention to detail is amazing. I am in the process of doing my own boiler/piping/pump/valve build. He called out several things, like the need for a buffer tank if I'm doing micro-zones with multiple thermostats and manifold actuators. I now have the confidence that I will not miss any important detail, and that, with his guidance, will result in a very happy family for our in-floor heating this coming winter and seasons beyond.
dude i have rebuilt my system twice just cleaning and overhaul . I had enough and got a few quotes to replace , literally just r and r my machine , and i got 7500 to 12,500 for a 2k Dunkirk boiler with 4 fkin quadrants.... You guys definitely live within a cult of 1000 dollars per hour for labor universe . Im literally looking at going back to school to get certified .
I want this same exact setup. Currently have 1800 sqft. plus a basement all on one zone hooked to a boiler the size of a small car. I want to break it into 3 zones. Bedrooms, basement and then the rest of the living spaces. I have learned a lot from watching these videos and the shared knowledge is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Your videos are extremely helpful! I am using a Rinnai i120c but plan on using circulating pumps instead of zone valves. How many pumps can you run directly off the unit without adding a Taco Zone Controller.
@@nickfranco754 thanks for watching! You can run up to 3 pumps or a single pump with 3 zone valves.
Very Nice setup.
Amazing work here. I am about to tackle one myself...as I watch the videos I am assuming that above the supply and return sides the pipe is terminated?
The pipe has end caps for possible future expansion
Beautiful
I need a system like that I’m in paterson nj

Sincere, honest question. Not trying to be a smart aleck. If it only have three zones, how do you heat the rest of the house. For example, let’s say I have a three bedroom that this boiler services, how would you heat the living areas?
Badass sir
Hi Jim What states do you work at? Do you service MA?
Great video -
I'm rounding up the parts to install one of there, single zone. Where the best place to find that 1½ to 1 inch NPT bushing?
Thanks,
Any local plumbing supply should have them.
how much does it cost for a pre-built multi-zone navien NFC-250/200 Boiler system ?
Email me at speranzadevelopment@gmail.com for a quote
Could you have one pump and a manifold?
Yes. You need to use the manifold regardless of the number of pumps.
I'm seriously looking for a system, l have an old broiler system, please pm me

You didnt need a zone controller?
The NCB model has internal controller for up to 3 zone valves or 3 circulators.
How much would that set up cost
Email me at speranzadevelopment@gmail.com for a quote.
How much is this whole pre-built system?

Is that 1" or 1.5" copper pipe in this video from boiler to the circulators ?
1 1 /4"
My 240/130 is 1½ off the manifold.
