Another great video. I didn't know about the second bonnet strut location or the dipstick. I thought we just had the infotainment screen... 😳Happier now I know there is a manual alternative!
Danke Ingemar für die Tipps und Erläuterungen. Deine How-To Serie ist wirklich sehr gut. Kurz, Prägnant und verständlich. Sowas hätte ich mir ja mal von meinem Händler gewünscht. Vielleicht gibt's ja irgendwann auch mal ein Praxis-Seminar im Rahmen eines Grenadier Treffens mit Dir?
Hello Gavin. I am dressed in Lundhags in this video (pants, shirt, vest). Love those and especially the vest. here's a link to the vest.. www.lundhags.com/en/clothing/men/vests/flok-wool-ms-pile-vest/?item=1113102-730
Hi. thx a lot. I got my seals changed last autumn (on Ineos' expenses) and since then they are not leaking at all, no matter at which angle i park. problem definitely solved. i talk about it briefly in my latest video ("My Grenadier - 20.000km Inspection")
I was wondering if you have had the software update as yet? My Grenadier is booked in for later in the month and hopefully it will solve a few things with the error messages etc. Thanks for showing the bonnet stay positions as i have had to add coolant and its not easy with the bonnet in the normal position. Thanks Daniel
not yet. it was available but i didn't have enough time before my trip to norway! i hear different things: for some it clears all the nuisance messages, for others it just brings up new ones. My car behaves really well regarding those messages - hardly any! Glad I could help a little 😎
Thanks for the video, did you get full access to all the service manuals when you purchased your vehicle? I wanted to look at them and wondered if they were publicly available. Thank you, Lee
You pay 65,000 + GBP's and you need to add tie zips to the underbody wiring???? You are required to change the Safari Windows seal on your account???? WTF??????
Thanks for your feedback! The Safari windows (seals) are updated by Ineos, of course! The situation with those issues is NOT satisfying, but they will be fixed. I had no issues with the wiring on my car but I heard a lot of reports, so I picked up the topic and discussed it with my Inoes dealer as well. He showed me a quick fix - that's what those episodes are about!
Keep them coming great work and the views are stunning.
thx a lot. I can't agree more - Norway is breathtaking....
Ingemar, looks absolutely stunning, keep traveling mate......
thx a lot! it's breathtaking up here 🤩
Ingemar, that is beautiful video.. and excellent advice on the hood option...
the landscape here is stunning!! happy to help!
Great information on the wiring under the vehicle, better to address before you hit the trail. Lee
definitely worth a check!! especially because there is a chance the cables might touch the driveshaft if not attached properly

thx. good to have an "old-school-method" available as well

Danke vielmals!! Das sollte sich doch einrichten lassen 😉. spiele mit dem Gedanken mal ein Grenadier/4x4 Treffen zu initiieren....
Nice work. Enjoying this small little bites of info on the IG. Lots to explore on it for sure!
thx a lot! it's fun to check out a new car and try to better understand it.
What brand is the vest you are wearing?

I enjoy your videos very much. Is there any update on Safari Window seals? 8/23 build date and mine are leaking. Thanks!

no vids on to new side steps..?
not yet. sorry...🙈...i am working on it
the dipstick. on the B57 will not give correct level as. the sump is different to BMW road cars. The bonnet stay is the same as on my B58
Nice vid
thx for the info!! nice to know
Yes. They have explicitly said do not use or rely on the dipstick for oil level, it will not be correct.
