Best of luck on staying strong. I stopped drinking in Feb this year, best decision ever! Well done on taking that first step, it's definitely the hardest to take.

Jake, I haven't had a drink in 5 years. It was a real problem for me and one day I just said I'm done. I went to a couple AA meetings and then stopped going, but still haven't had a drink. It was very hard to go to weddings and parties for a little while but that will wear off. It's so rewarding to never again have to worry about all the BS that comes with drinking. I've been subscribed to your channels for years, you're a good man. Don't get sucked into the cloud of negativity. The world is your playground. Who knows, we could all be NPC's in a simulation you're in. You won't get punished for believing in yourself. Your videos have been a good thing for mankind. God bless, partner.

Been following for a long time, excited to see another journey, take the lessons learned from the last one, you will need them as this one is three times longer. As long as you are continually in pursuit of bettering yourself, and you don’t quit, you can’t lose.

      I know it’s a bit extreme.

You know, you're not f####d, you seem to really have a good grasp on alcohol and what it is, what it does and what it leads to. Your eyes are bright, you don't look bloated - please keep it that way. Yes, alcohol messes everything up. You already have a strategy in place. Don't even worry about food and over eating - it's better than drinking. YES! The first day is the hardest, but when you have day one under your belt it seems easier. Oh yes, we've all had many a day one. You've done it before. Ha but don't say the C word!!!!

Thanks for the incredible comment, really appreciate it! Plenty of constructive stuff there. The over-eating is something I'm struggling with so far. Day 4 now, finally rid of the headaches I hope. Hasn't been easy but eating early in the day takes that desire to drink drastically down. That's my hack for now. Much love!

Drinking so much water is because your body is unable to actual use it -chronically dehydrated. But you know this.

Yup absolutely. Hoping that 4 days in, my body can begin to use the nutrients and H20 I'm giving it! Thanks for the comment bro.
