What machine are you playing this on? Try changing the "texture size" in the graphics settings and then restarting the game, it makes a big difference.
@@vulpecula165 I am playing vanilla oblivion right now and it seems to look better than yours. This should be achievable through the in game settings menu or the launch menu. Its a great game, Good luck have fun!
