There is a reason why surgeons do not scrub-up using a washcloth. And most people use that cloth or sponge multiple times. It is left in a damp and warm environment covered with cellular materials (and other less friendly materials) to fester.
All i know is that cold water closes your pores and hot opens your pores. So that got me thinking "why don't i start with cold water, transition to hot water but not enough to burn me, and end my shower with cold water"
People do not need loofas or washcloths. If you like to use either choose a washcloth but use a fresh one each time and limit the use of those to 2-3 times a week not to overexfoliate your skin. All of it was in the video.

Not all bar soap has surfactants. Some can be better than liquid soap.

Keep in mind i gotta do this very quickly on like less than 10mins or your skin and hair will feel dry and scalped.
