Bruh i need to use bar soap bc i have allergies to shower gels(they make me so itchy) so I prefer to use natural soap bars and I use a loofah too or else i cant lather the soap and can’t exfoliate
Thank God I can think for myself, because not using bar soap, a washcloth, or a loofa, is some bs. I use all three, and always get told how good I smell, and that I have such clear, soft skin.

Yes. Think about it not just from a self cleansing perspective. Every time you use a loofah, all the bacteria gets stuck in the material and when you leave it in moist conditions, it harbors even more bacteria. While the hand is not only waterproof by design but self cleaning.
@@JohnK.-cj2nq I have tried using my hands for about a month now, I do notice a difference in regards to my armpits. When I used a washcloth to clean my pits once, they would still stink and I would have to wipe them again. With my hands, I clean my pits once and they're good!
@@dariusfatherree3222 Good to hear brother. I always tell people do you scrub your hands when washing your hands after using the restroom. People don’t know how soap works. Soap loosens dirt and germs on your skin that is washed away by water. It doesn’t kill everything on the surface unless antibacterial which is BAD for your skin. That said I do still use a Japanese exfoliating towel every week. Every time I use it, I throw it in the washing machine. That way the bacteria it’s collected is removed and since it’s only being used once a week, it’s not hard to manage

Video is wrong And if you really think about it, Does soap bars and Loofahs really strip the skin of its natural oils? Yes, it may take time for the skin to recuperate, but it doesn't really strip it off, because your skin has Sebaceous glands that's constantly replenishing the skin.
