i love smoking a bit and then just coming to do yoga with Bird. her videos are so nice and flowy and choosing from the titles is so cool. like are feeling flowy, are we feeling stressed, and as i was thinking this i forgot to follow along and chage positions but then she gives another option of what to do and it s so amazing. your videos always hit the spot Bird. thanks a lot and i am sorry it took me so long to finally tell you haha

Hi there, I'm looking for an upper body stretch for back shoulders, and chest. Is this a recommended stretch for that..? and as a beginner with yoga , I prefer not to spend too much time onnit, hence i saw this 8 minutes one. ThankU in advance.
